Pros:

Très agréable, deco cosy, propreté irréprochable, superbe vue, l’emplacement proche du centre, p’tit dej au top et par dessus tout le personnel d’une extrême gentillesse

Highly recommend!
Pros:

The location was great. We could walk to everything we wanted to do. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. The restaurant was good and the breakfast was spectacular.

Disappointed and would never recommend this hotel not good value for money
Pros:

The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable and the curtains were good for blocking out light so we had a good sleep. The shelving and rails in the batch room were well designed.

Cons:

There is no door to the bathroom and the shower had a tiny opening so hard to get into even if you are slim and the shower itself was tiny and the overhead shower dropped cold water into you when you used the hand shower. The lighting as very poor and made it difficult to read at night, and both side lamps were switched together so one person could not have a light on with tout the other side light coming on which was very annoying. Our booking also came with an included bottle of wine which wasn’t provided and when I asked about it the request wasn’t followed up or acted upon

Pros:

A wonderful holiday in Porto. We travelled with our dog, and the hotel is truly pet-friendly, our pet was able to move freely around the hotel grounds and even visit the restaurant.
I would like to give a special mention to the staff. All the employees are very friendly, attentive and always ready to help, resolving any issues as quickly as possible.
The hotel restaurant has a good and well-thought-out menu, and the breakfasts are varied and delicious. We were satisfied with our stay and would gladly return here again.

Cons:

There were some problems in the bathroom, but they were fixed while we were having breakfast.
