Super lage, nettes personal!
Great staff, they arranged a free upgrade and kept in touch via whatsapp. Quiet and very well insulated room, perfect for a good night of sleep after a long haul flight. Pricy for Vietnam but totally worth it if you value a quiet room

There is no ramp at the entrance of the hotel and no one is at the door to help you with the luggage, so take note if you can't handle your own bags
The hotel gym is very limited and the equipment is old as heck.
The lifts are small, but swift enough to handle the volume of the hotel guests.
People like to smoke right at the entrance of the hotel door and the cigarette smoke smell often gets into the lobby.

Breakfast was lousy
One bedroom apartment was very spacious. The bonus laundry helped a lot. WhatsApp service added a nice touch.
A lot of the guests staying there are smokers and you can smell the cigarettes in the room from the central ventilation and hallways even though you sign an agreement not to smoke in the rooms. It got really intense for my family in the middle of the night and eventually I got moved into a different room after lots of prompting on my end. Advertised as 5 star but there’s a sign outside saying 4 stars

O quarto era enorme e a cama super confortável.
A localização é excelente, muito próxima do centro, e mesmo em frente à Japanese Town (uma maravilha para quem aprecia gastronomia japonesa).
O hotel não corresponde à classificação de 5 estrelas, como anunciado no Booking.
A sala de pequenos-almoços é o prolongamento de um espaço para co-working e a zona da piscina está subdimensionada.
Os quartos deveriam ter vidros duplos. Ficamos no 16º andar e, mesmo assim, ouvíamos o ruído do trânsito na rua.
Disappointment regarding the handling of my reservation (Dec 1–4).
I attempted to shorten my stay by one night, but Booking.com’s system would not allow me to modify the dates. At check-in, I requested the change directly from the hotel, yet I was told it “could not be done” and that I needed to contact Booking.com. When I called Booking.com, I was told the exact opposite—that the hotel had to approve the change.
I was left fully charged due to bad communications, negligence, and lack of responsibility and accountability from both parties (hotel and Booking).
Staff were all approachable and helpful.
Location was at close proximity to many restaurants, cafés and pamper places.
Air-conditioning was available in both rooms and living room area.
