Great place to stay!
Pros:

We loved our time at Signature by M Village! It is a great location, affordable, and the staff are very friendly. Krysie was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. She even gave us excellent food recommendations! Will definitely be back!

Pros:

The staff was very helpful and understanding. They moved us to another room after I complained on the loud aircon and construction noise from the street

Cons:

Everything else: the windows in the rooms don't block the street noise, the rooms are old, the bathrooms are terrible with no towel hangers (room 1608 had zero hangers, room 1910 had only one hanger for towels; as a result,all our towels were always wet). In 1608, the seams between the tiles in the shower area are 1-2 cm wide (uneven as they run along the floor).
The breakfast is mediocre, nothing fancy; any coffee except americano is charged separately (latte is 75K VND).
The corridors on the floors smell of cigarettes, possibly because of many Chinese guests.

In general, the hotel looks worn out and unkempt.

Definitely not worth the money spent.

The location is convenient for exploring the city, and the overall design feels clean and well thought out. A good option for a short stay in Saigon.

Pros:

Location was central. Rooms are huge and clean. Service and attention, was exceptional. The breakfast had a good spread of local asian dishes and european ones. They even had a selection of hams. Special note to Sarah, who made me Vietnamese coffee to go! Would definitely go back.

Yeni, Krysie, skipper, jay, were all lovely in our stay here! One of the nicest hotels and staff I’ve ever experienced, they consistently delivered great service and attitudes towards us! Very good facilities and very clean!
