Wondferful Property, Safe location outstanding staff.
Pros:

Safe and lovely location, hood facilities and Outstanding staff. Especially, Colin from evening shift and day shit front desk (sorry I forgot her name) attendants were exceptionally helpful, pleasant and attentive. Great value for the money

The bed was very comfortable, slept well and the area is extremely quiet

No available hangers in the room. Breakfast was average, should have been served with fruit.

Could do better
Pros:

It was secure and clean and the younger members of staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Poor breakfast only 2 choices both $ 10 for very little and no fresh fruit or pastries on the limited choice menu. Or any fruit juice. The hotel is basic very old school b&b and washed towels every day which is not very sustainable. The verandah was always used by security staff and hence had their noisy iPads etc. The bedrooms have paper thin walls and was kept away on two nights by very noisy guests.

Big up to Shirleys Retreat
Pros:

Plenty of parking. Comfortable veranda. Sat in the lobby. Bathroom available for use downstairs. The room was clean. Air conditioned .big closet. And thank God my room had a refrigerator
. That was a big deal. I will definitely be back soon.

Cons:

No elevator. Every room is upstairs. I could hear everything in the hallway. I think the clubs are nearby. No view but that was ok. I went to sleep.
