My short stay at Shirley Retreat
Pros:

The staff. The day and night security guards were very helpful, very polite and very professional. The ladies at the front desk very professional, very respectful, always with a smile. The ladies that provided our breakfast very nice, very pleasant. I got my ackee and saltfish every morning. The ladies that cleaned the rooms did an excellent job. The area was very quiet, the building was very peaceful.

Cons:

Climbing those stairs. I tripped twice.😪🤣. I really cannot think of anything negative to say about this place.

Dobrze zorganizowany i niedrogi hotel w lepszej części Kingston.
Pros:

Wszystko z tym hotelem ok: jest czysto, w pokoju jest klimatyzacja, ręczniki i mydło. Wystrój ok, choć nie jakiś ekskluzywny. Można zjeść śniadanie podane przez przemiły personel. Cała obsługa miła i pomocna. Lokalizacja: w bezpiecznej części niebezpiecznego (podobno) Kingston. Spacerkiem można dojść do muzeum/domu Boba Marleya.

Cons:

To jest hotel budżetowy, na jedną - dwie noce, w standardzie "dobre na pracę w delegacji". Ale w okolicy w tej cenie nie ma lepszego wyboru. Na romantyczny pobyt albo pobyt z dziećmi w ogóle nie polecam Kingston.

This was a central location. Very friendly and considerate staff. Felt safe at the site.. Loved that it had safe parking on site.

Rooms need upgrading in decorating..maybe some pictures like other rooms
Bathroom door opens too close to sink...
lamps are needed
Had to get up in the dark to get to bathroom as light switches for all lights are on the wall..

Buena relación precio calidad , modesto , cumple para una estadía corta

Tiene una excelente ubicación , cerca de zona de restaurantes ,Museo de Bob Marley , vecindario tranquilo y seguro . Personal muy amable con buen desayuno

Cons:

El agua de la ducha apenas tibia , el baño estaba tapado , se escucha mucho ruido en las habitaciones de planta baja
