Luxury at the right price!
Pros:

The staff was so friendly and attended to our needs in a timely manner. They were attentive & we even arrived a little earlier than expected and we were able to get into our gorgeous room. The room was top notch and very classy. From a heated towel rack to a complimentary in room bar that was stocked, we couldn't have asked for a better overnight stay. The Adelphi is in an ideal location & we visted the sweet coffee shop Uncommon Grounds & book store nearby.

Ok, but I wouldn’t stay there again.
Pros:

The location was excellent, but the room was kind of small and nothing special. I expected something more elegant.

Cons:

The reception area where we checked in was small, loud and crowded. It did not feel luxurious at all. I expected more for the money.

Pros:

A great lodging facility in the heart of Saratoga Springs. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a weekend of comfort and luxury. Location is central and close to all the great restaurants in town.

Cons:

The gym could be improved, but sufficiently equipped. The rates are somewhat higher than one would expect, but justified for the luxury and comfort you experience.

Everything was amazing! From the friendly staff to included amenities the whole venue exceeded our expectations.

Cons:

We were unable to get proper AC in our room, It only went to 65 and was a bit too hot throughout the night. Room 403!

We overall enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
Pros:

The hotel was located in the heart of the city. Staff was excellent and the hotel was immaculate.

Cons:

There was a constant noise in our room that we couldn’t figure what it was, the refrigerator or coming from outside the room. Also the pillows were awful.

Fantastic comfort, luxe appointments, heated bathroom floors, huge room, great mini bar with 1st round on the hotel, nice automated touches in the room. Dark and quiet room and comfy bed. This was a PREMIUM experience. Staff was friendly, helpful, and professional.

Absolutely no complaints!

Pros:

Had an excellent stay here. Location is perfect and the rooms are immaculate. What took it over the top was the stellar service. Everyone from the valet to the front desk to housekeeping/room service staff were attentive and helpful! Can't recommend it enough. Hotel upgraded us to a suite which was immaculate. Complimentary valet is also great.
