Pros:

Komfortabler Check in, leider nichts für Gäste ab 70 aufwärts, die waren komplett überfordert.
Besuch der Therme bereits vor dem eigentlichen Check in am Anreisetag und Abreisetag nach dem Check out ist super.

Cons:

Müll vor dem Fenster, Nackenkissen sind eigentlich 40*80 cm und nicht 30*30 cm. Um Nackenkissen vor dem Besuch gebeten uns Schmuckkissen bekommen.
Vegane Alternativen sollten bei so einem Preis mit aufs Buffet gehören und nicht dass der Gast danach fragen muss - wurde vor dem Besuch angekündigt.
Fernseher ist vermutlich durch die Wärme im Zimmer geschrumpft. Meiner Ansicht nach für die Hotelkategorie zu klein.

Zimmer gut, Essen nicht.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal freundlich.

Cons:

Das Essen war nicht so gut. Statt des bei Buchung der Halbpension versprochenen Servierens des Hauptgerichtes wurde nur Buffet angeboten. An vielen Speisebehältern fehlte ein Schild, das über den Inhalt Auskunft gegeben hätte. Das Essen war zum Teil lauwarm bis kalt und äußerst sparsam gewürzt.

Gesamteindruck sehr gut. Angenehmer Aufenthalt. Ruhige Lage

Cons:

Einrichten eines evtl. Fernsehraums mit Skyanschluß für Sportineressierte während des Aufenthaltes.
