Immer wieder gerne
Pros:

Alles ist sehr sauber, es gibt einen Lift in alle Etagen, die Zimmer und Bäder sind groß und sauber, das Essen ist hervorragend, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Therme ist mit einem Bademantelgang zu erreichen, die schönen Gärten ( Rosengarten, japanischer Garten…) sind alle zu Fuß in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen, eine schöne Altstadt

Cons:

Das Hotel hat leider keine Parkmöglichkeit. Der Parkplatz ist wenige Meter entfernt, man benötigt unbedingt Kleingeld

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer sauber, komfortabel eingerichtet und das Bad war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Man hat auf dem Balkon keine Privatsphäre, da es keine Abtrennung zu jedem einzelnen Zimmer gibt. Das Hotel verfügt über keinen eigenen Parkplatz.

Pros:

Die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbüffet war ausreichend und sehr gut. Besonders gefiel uns, daß der Kaffee in Kannen serviert wurde und somit im Restaurant weniger Unruhe herrschte.
Das Abendessen war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Das Personal freundlich und ohne Hektik wurde das benutzte Geschirr doch zügig abgetragen.

Der Bademantelgang zur Therme und den kostenlosen Zugang, auch mehrmals am Tag, fanden wir super.

Das Zimmer war groß, gut ausgestattet und die Betten bequem.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hat uns, daß das Zimmer erst am späten Nachmittag gereinigt wurde, obwohl der Putzwagen täglich schon morgens, als wir gegen 8.30 Uhr zum Frühstück gingen, vor unserer Zimmertür stand.

Хороший отель. Чисто, удобно, просторные номера. Полотенца меняли каждый день, постельное меняли раз в три дня. Завтраки,обеди и ужины вкусные. Вино, пиво и коктейли хорошие.

Cons:

На All inklusive спиртные напитки дают только с 17.30. В течении дня нужно платить.
Неудобные подушки.

Im großen und ganzen okay, aber nicht 4 Sterne.
Pros:

Der Anschluss an die sehr schön gestaltete Frederiken-Therme .

Cons:

Der Service könnte besser sein , die Mitarbeiter haben sich schon Mühe gegeben waren aber ständig im Einsatz und das Niveau war nicht 4 Sterne. Großzügige Zimmer oberflächlich sauber, beim genauen hinschauen Luft nach oben. Auch bei den Öffentlichen Bereichen.
Das Essen Themengestaltet sehr speziell .
