excelente ubicación, cerca del metro y del centro. El personal muy amable

Cons:

el hotel es antiguo, los pisos de la habitación son de madera y crujió mucho en cada paso que daba. Las lámparas de velador no funcionaban, las luces de techo eran frías y sombrías, y el interruptor quedaba lejos de la cama.

Situated near the historic center in an historically important building, Hotel Casa Zanartu is a great place to stay in Santiago. They also provide a very good complimentary breakfast, while the restaurant serves a very nice dinner.

El exterior del hotel y fachada principal junto al ambiente retro del lugar, camas cómodas, desayuno aceptable, personal amable.

Cons:

La habitación con muy poca aislación acústica, se escuchaba el ruido de las otras personas afuera del pasillo y en la terraza, iluminación deficiente de la habitación, TV solo funcionaba con aplicaciones de pago, y pie de ducha se movía bastante.
