Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant, sympathique et disponible. L’équipe d’animation est vraiment au top, avec une très bonne ambiance. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif concerne le ménage dans les chambres. Pendant trois jours, les draps n’ont pas été changés. Le troisième jour, j’ai dû mettre les draps par terre pour qu’ils soient enfin remplacés. Une amélioration du suivi du ménage serait appréciable. À part cela, tout s’est très bien passé.

Zwembad en zeezicht

Cons:

Personeel niet behulpzaam, receptioniste onbekwaam, veel te lange inchecktijd, vuile tapijten, vuile zetels, vuile handdoeken, vuile en kapotte gordijnen alles was vol vuile plekken, de goedkoopste toiletpapier dat er bestaat en dit voor een “luxe” hotel. Buffet was constant hetzelfde behalve ontbijt was wel goed en lekker. Barpersoneel kennen hun job kennelijk niet, weten niet hoe een echte cocktail gemaakt moet worden (een plastieken beker met wat ijs en siroop), hygiëne over heel het hotel laat te wensen over. Mensen die over dit hotel een goede review schrijven hebben volgens mij geen ervaring met hoe een 4/5 sterren hotel eruit moet zien! Veel te duur voor wat je krijgt!

Everything was outstanding but the pool water.
Pros:

We have been staying at the Lixus resort Laarach for the 4th year now, the food always outstanding! Everything was exceptionally fresh and flavorful. The highlight of the resort was definitely the daily buffet, which featured great variety every day, and the outdoor grilling station was simply amazing, and the room itself was very pleasant, clean, and comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining it daily, with only one minor instance where we needed to request fresh towels.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience at the pool was subpar. The pool maintenance was lacking, there was noticeable absence of water circulation/filtration, and the return jets were completely non-functional throughout the pool. We hope management looks into servicing the pool filtration system promptly."
