Pros:

It was a mix whether to rate this property as poor or terrible. When we checked in the first place, I went was to the bathroom and when I looked in the shower, it looked like something was peeling up from the bottom of the shower. I pulled it and there was a large map, about eighteen inches by twenty four inches that had been used as a patch for the shower, and it just came up.And there was water under it. We went to the manager, and he asked us what he could do to help.He would give us a full refund or give us another room. We took the other room. The primary issue with the this hotel was it just needs a general maintenance.And spruce up all around.

The floors were so sticky. The roo. Smelled bad. The window seals had dead animals and at least 1/2 inch of dust. We left. Didn't stay the night. Gross!!!!!

Quiet but needs updates
Pros:

The motel was conveniently located next to a truck stop, so I had some where to park. The motel needs upgrades badly, my front door didn’t close all the way ( like someone had knocked it down before), paint coming off, colors were off no flow, but all in all the bed was old but sleep great, and it was quiet.

I never got a room. I ask for one in stevenville TX and the booked me one in ranger TX.
Waiting to see if they refund my money. Ranger is 50 miles away from where I wanted to stay.

Advertised with a pool and breakfast; neither were provided. Also the man on duty used profanity. TV did not work; it would cut out after about 3 minutes. No blanket so we FROZE!!! Never again!!!

This place is dirty. There were bugs in my room. A dirty towel already in my room. The manager is very unpleasant. There are zero amenities. I would expect this dive motel to maximum $29.99 a day. I paid $85
