The price-quality ratio was not really right. The hotel was ok, but outdated. The room facilities were quite basic, for example there were no drinking glasses.

A lovely gem of a hotel in beautiful grounds with pool and wonderful staff.,
Pros:

A lovely country house hotel, very comfortable accommodation, wonderful grounds and swimming pool - and a lovely host Daniela who did everything to make sure we had a great stay! The breakfast was delicious with fresh eggs from the hens.

Cons:

Nothing… I was initially concerned we were a little further out of Santa Cruz but U er rides were £2 and easy and Daniela made transport arrangements easy.

Para una noche está bien

Dormitorio amplio y baño cómodo

Cons:

Tenía un matrimonio a las 14:00 hrs en Peralillo y le pedí a la dueña si podía hacer el check in a las 13:00 hrs, ( era a las 15:00 hrs) y se negó haciéndome pagar $ 60.000 adicionales por un “early check in”.
Cabe señalar para ese fin de semana tomamos 3 habitaciones para 3 matrimonios y a ninguno nos dio la opción de llegar un poco antes.
Lamentable, primera vez que me enfrento a una situación así .

Heerlijk onbezorgd verblijf in een mooi wijngebied met een top host!
Pros:

Heerlijk rustig hotel met een prachtige tuin waar je goed kan relaxen. Hoogtepunt was het ontbijt met verse eieren van eigen kippen elke ochtend. Daniela was een superhost met oog voor detail en heel gastvrij. Er zijn zeer veel faciliteiten zoals drankjes, hapjes en avondeten beschikbaar.

Cons:

Omdat er bomen rondom het zwembad staan komen er snel bladeren in. Dit was voor ons geen probleem maar verwacht geen super helder zwembad.

El entorno y la tranquilidad del lugar. La piscina y los espacios exteriores están muy bien cuidados, con una iluminación cálida que hace muy agradable la estadía en la tarde y noche. Se siente íntimo, acogedor y perfecto para desconectarse. El ambiente general invita a relajarse.

Cons:

Podría mejorar algún detalle menor de mantención en áreas exteriores y quizás ampliar un poco las opciones de desayuno. Nada grave, pero son pequeños aspectos que podrían elevar aún más la experiencia.

Totally relaxing in a beautiful country setting
Pros:

The moment we arrived Daniella made us welcome. We were hot and tired but felt instantly relaxed, especially after a swim in the lovely pool.
The room was private and air conditioned and the breakfasts and evening meals we had were really good.
The hotel is ideally situated, a short car ride from the town. We totally recommend Museo Colchagua which has a huge number of exhibits of Chilean culture and history.

Pros:

The staff was friendly and very accomodating. We had to check in early because my husband was not feeling well and they had our room prepared. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Wonderful coffee machine. The room was spotless. There was no noise from the road and while close to Santa Cruz, the property had a rural feel.

All fine.

Se acabó el gas en un momento pero lo cambiaron inmediatamente. El agua de la piscina creo que necesita un poco más de cloro

Pros:

Hermoso jardín y piscina, Restaurant en el hotel con opción de mesas junto a la piscina. Tabla de quesos y fiambres recomendable. Excelente desayuno con huevos frescos, panes y mermeladas caseras. Personal atento a las necesidades y muy amable.

Cons:

No había heladera en la habitación.
