Idealer Platz für Bologna
Pros:

Lage nahe der Innenstadt, alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sauber, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Im Vorraum zu unserem Zimmer (nicht im Zimmer selbst) hat es oft nach kaltem Rauch gerochen, weil im Innenhof geraucht und die Türe offen gelassen wurde (eigentlich verboten).

The Place to stay in Bologna
Pros:

Forget about hotels and army of staff and services. this Secure apartments building iz very clean with very spacious rooms, nicely equipped with everything needed. Comfortable bed, nice windows onto the street with minimal noise at night from vehicles, student area with plenty of coffee shops, small restaurants in the alleys, shops for all the needs and steps from the bus lines just in front with the train station 13 minutes walking and city center 10 minutes walking.
Washing and drying room at the basement easy to use with storage for luggage when needed.
Service team is very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable making the stay even more comfortable.

Cons:

We have nothing to complain or dislike about this place.

Good value, easy, spacious apartment.

Cons:

Traffic was quite noisy, although didn't stop us sleeping. Should give two keys by default. Reception hours quite short for weekend arrivals.

Pros:

We spent 4 nights in room 41 in May 2026.
Great and spacious apartment facing the backyard, which makes it pleasantly quiet in a busy city. Nice little balcony facing the same backyard.
The temperature peaked 35+ C during the day, so effective air conditioning with 2 zones (Living room/Kitchen and bedroom) was worth its weight in gold.
Good cleaning, friendly and attentive service.
Good location and walking distance to everything.
Absolutely fine Supermarket right nearby.

Pros:

L’appartement était prêt dès l’heure d’arrivée mentionnée à l’avance à l’établissement (midi). L’accueil de Clarissa était fantastique ! L’appartement était grand, propre, bien équipé.
Nous aurions pu y rester plusieurs jours !
Il est facile de s’y rendre à partir de Bologna Centrale et facile de se rendre dans la vieille ville.
Nous avons eu un bel accueil au Lady Violet juste en bas pour cafés et croissants.

Un posto pulito e tranquillo
Pros:

Disponibilità armadietti per deposito bagaglio e bagno limitrofo. Pensato per soggiorni lunghi e/o lavorativi. Aree comuni per relax. Struttura nuova e pulita. Su strada principale servita da bus.

Cons:

Non è un albergo, quindi non ha personale presente tutto il giorno ma nelle ore non d'ufficio questi è raggiungibile solo tramite telefono o interfono.
Lo svantaggio di essere su di una strada principale è il rumore che comporta, che comunque ci è parso trascurabile.
