Stort och fint.
Pros:

Stor och fin studio. Bra badrum. Gott om plats.

Cons:

Lyckades inte få igång AC och det blev varmt. Att öppna fönstren var det inte tal om, livlig gata. Receptionen hade stängt 20. Man kunde ringa men det gjorde vi inte.

Fabulous location, close to many of the top must-see sights in Bologna. Grocery store just a few doors down the sidewalk, and nice kitchenette. It was very quiet to sleep, and the windows had inside shutters that effectively blackout the bedroom. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was very clean. I like that there was a balcony and a drying rack for clothes. Spacious and comfortable stay. I'd stay there again.

Cons:

The apartment was listed as having a washing machine, but there was no washer in my unit. That is the one thing I wish I'd had. Otherwise, this is a fabulous location and a great place to stay.

Muy bien situado, cerca del centro y de la estación de tren y con fácil llegada desde el aeropuerto.
La habitación amplia y bonita, aunque no se correspondía con lo que esperábamos por las fotos, creíamos que habría habitación y salón y era un espacio único. Ese tipo de habitación lo tienen pero al ser Semana Santa no estaba disponible.
Las chicas de recepción, muy amables, intentaron arreglarlo pero no fue posible.

Cons:

La habitación daba a la calle y se oía bastante el ruido.

Piacevole esperienza con poche ore di sonno.

Il personale, le procedure e la stanza.

Cons:

La posizione è estremamente centrale ma comporta anche estremo disturbo la notte per via degli schiamazzi sia notturni che la mattina molto presto... purtroppo siamo stati parecchio disturbati dai rumori provenienti dalla strada.

Dei vetri insonorizzanti aiuterebbero molto!

Pros:

De ontvangst was vriendelijk en professioneel, met duidelijke uitleg bij aankomst. De accommodatie zelf was verzorgd en proper. Ook de ligging is een grote troef: op wandelafstand van het stadscentrum.

Cons:

Het lawaai op de gang door de deuren die automatisch dichtvallen. De deurdrangers (het mechanisme bovenaan de deur) zorgen ervoor dat de deuren vrij hard dichtgaan, waardoor je telkens wakker wordt.

Pros:

Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist perfekt um die ganze Stadt zu erkunden. Die Zimmer bieten mehr als genug Platz, sind mit viel Liebe und Individualität eingerichtet und die Ausstattung ist perfekt.

Cons:

Der einzige Minuspunkt sind die überhaupt nicht schallisolierten Fenster durch die man leider den gesamten Strassenlärm hört.

Il personale è stato davvero incredibile: estremamente disponibile, cordiale e sempre pronto ad aiutare, contribuendo in modo significativo a rendere piacevole il soggiorno.

Cons:

Il soggiorno è stato complessivamente positivo, ma con alcuni aspetti migliorabili. La stanza risultava piuttosto rumorosa a causa del traffico e degli schiamazzi provenienti dal locale sulla strada. Probabilmente, con una camera più distante, il riposo sarebbe stato decisamente più tranquillo.
Un ulteriore miglioramento potrebbe riguardare il bagno: la presenza di una presa Siemens sarebbe un’aggiunta utile e apprezzata.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
Pros:

Ottima accoglienza, posizione relativamente centrale. a metà strada fra stazione e centro storico. Stanza silenziosa. A disposizione degli ospiti spazi comuni per organizzarsi caffè e colazione eventuale, spazio riservato per fumatori.

Pros:

Es handelt sich um ein Appart'Hotel mit Küchenzeile, so dass wir nur am 1. Tag das Frühstück gebucht haben und uns sonst selbst versorgt haben.
Es war ein angenehm ruhiges Appartement , sehr gepflegt mit großen Bad

Cons:

Im Eingangsbereich wären 3-4 Garderobenhaken sinnvoll ( die braucht man zwar im Sommer eher weniger, aber im Frühjahr...nützlich)
