Great location, helpful people
Pros:

We were upgraded to an apartment that was large, well equipped and very clean. Also a great location. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Maybe a bit characterless but that wasn't important

Staff polite and helpful. Clean room, had TV with netflix (you need your own account).

Cons:

The room was tiny, no space for open luggage. Mattress not very comfortable and no slippers. I had to pay extra tax - city tax - although booking clearly specified that all taxes were included in the price.

Ottima struttura a poca distanza dal centro di Bologna.
Pros:

Monolocale molto spazioso, curato, ben arredato e pulito.
Reception molto cordiale e personale gentile. Supermercato sotto casa e farmacia e bar a 2 passi. Ottima posizione.
Il parcheggio in zona non è economicissimo (3,90 euro l'ora) ma alla reception è possibile acquistare dei biglietti giornalieri ad 11,20 e ci si leva il pensiero. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Cons:

L'edificio è su una strada molto trafficata e rumorosa. Se avete il sonno leggero come me potrebbe volerci un po' di più ad addormentarsi ma tutto sommato pensavo peggio. Moglie e figlia invece si sono addormentate senza problemi.
