Absolutamente tudo deixou a desejar. Ainda estou avaliando a possibilidade de uma ação judicial por danos morais, tamanho o constrangimento.

Cons:

Reservei pelo booking um quarto para duas pessoas com cama de casal e sacada! Avisei pelo WhatsApp que chegaria mais tarde. Para minha surpresa, fomos acomodados em quarto que tinha apenas meia janela. Parecia uma dispensa com uma janela basculante no alto sem nenhuma vista. Um cativeiro. As condições de limpeza não eram boas, roupas de cama manchadas. Travesseiro velho todo embolado e muito baixo. O banheiro com mofo, não tinha produtos de higiene como informado na reserva. Ao solicitar recebi apenas xampu e sabonete. Não havia toalhas suficientes as quais também tive que solicitar. O vaso sanitário não repunha água após a descarga, a caixa precisava ser aberta manualmente para que começasse a encher. O chuveiro demorou mais de 30 minutos para esquentar. O box todo cheio de cola, na tentativa frustrada de conter vazamentos. Após o banho, a água que vazava alcançava o meio do quarto e tive que usar as toalhas de banho para conter. Café da manhã meia boca, foi “antecipado” para as 6:45 em um dia de concurso público em que as pessoas precisavam estar no local de prova até as 7:30. A reclamação com a recepcionista não surtiu nenhum efeito, já que o hotel estava cheio e não havia nenhum quarto para nos realocar.
