Awesome place
Pros:

Great place. Staff were very friendly and kind. Breakfast was great. Room was huge and our best yet. Really quiet. Lovely reading room.

We loved the authentic Antigua experience of this place, without sacrificing modern day comforts. :)
Pros:

The decor inside the room and all around the property is lovely. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were all very attentive and friendly, and the property was well secured.

Cons:

We would have appreciated an earlier check in time. We did communicate 2 times asking, but did not receive a response from them.

Antigua Stay
Pros:

The location was excellent a few min walk to the main square and right next to a mercado. Our room was spacious and the bed was pretty comfy. The breakfast was simple and good. Staff was helpful. Nice outdoor area as well.

Cons:

The room was very basic so I'm not sure but the price seemed a bit high in my opinion. No TV and while that didn't impact our stay it is something to note. Also I'm not sure if this is always an issue as we stayed during the holidays, but the area is quite noisy the church bells ringing constantly starting at 6-630 am.

Very comfortable and amazingly located hotel!
Pros:

I loved the place, very beautiful architecture and nice decoration. It gives very cozy vibes and the space has the right amount of decorations, it’s all very clean and in really good condition

Cons:

The sink in our room could use some renovations (only the look of it; it works well) also found the going out and back into the hotel was a little awkward because one has to wait for the staff to open the door every time.

Stay in Antigua
Pros:

It was a great location, and a quick walk to everything. The breakfast was good as was the service. Our room didn't have a tv but as we were busy with activities that wasnt a problem for us. The bed was comfy and the room was big.

Cons:

Only complaint is the noise bells went off quite often early in the morning and the room isn't very sound proof.

Beautiful hotel with great staff!
Pros:

All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It was a beautiful property with lovely guatemalan accents all about. The bed and pillows were super comfy. Purified water freely available to fill water bottles. Great location right near Iglesias la merced.

Cons:

The only thing, which was not a fault of the hotel, was that there was some loud partying in a building right next to hotel that made it difficult to sleep for a while
