Pros:

Super céntrico, muy amplio y limpio. Buen desayuno.

Cons:

Estaba fresco el clima, pero al no tener AC, se escuchaba todo en la noche. No pude dormir la primera noche por el ruido de la gente dentro de la posada

I loved this place, was very spacious, really clean and staff was friendly and always willing to help.
Location is wonderful, bars, restaurants and close to central park. I would highly recommended.

La atención al cliente, el trato de las chicas que atienden y administran el lugar. Las camas don muy cómodas y la habitación muy bonita. Las zonas comunes son preciosas.

Cons:

Los baños podrían estar mejor. Sonaba mucho el servicio sanitario y la ducha no estaba al 100%.

Pros:

The bed was beautiful. We made a fire in the fireplace and sat in the in room Jacuzzi. It was a very romantic and beautiful stay. The staff was also exceptional. Sueldi y Maria we're super attentive and friendly and the check-in boy even hand cut wood to start the fire. Excellent hotel! Oh! And you can see the volcano while lying in bed.

I loved everything about this hotel.
