I didn't like anything.

Cons:

The place was filthy when I arrived. The TV never worked and there was black mold in the bathroom sink. To top it off, the bathroom light fixture fell and broke while I was there.

Close to all accommodations of needs.

Cons:

Hotel suite was big and spacious for my family but was still dirty. There was hair all on floor still...curtains and walls had stains. Also the bathroom ceilings look like was pubic hair everywhere stuck.

It’s a cheaper place, you get what you pay for.
Pros:

I liked that the room had a kitchenette and that there was a good sized fridge. I also liked that it was close to the freeway.

Cons:

I did not enjoy that no house keeping comes and if you want new towels then you have to bring the soiled ones to the front desk. I also did not like how many times my key card deactivated and I had to keep going back to the front desk to get it reactivated. I also did not like that there was a spot/stain in the shower, not sure if it was blood or rust.

Employees here are PURE EVIL.
Pros:

Nothing. They kicked us out because of THEIR poor inspection/basic maintenance failed. Because THEIR door handle broke. They kicked us out and THREW AWAY all of our stuff. They threw away brand new unopened just bought $140 worth of groceries. Yes, THREW AWAY GOOD FOOD WHEN PEOPLE ARE STARVING. They stole my phone, my purse, my wallet, my keys, and had NO EMPATHY WHATSOEVER. Run away from this place!

Cons:

Everyone that worked there. This is the absolute worst place to stay in Tempe/Mesa/Chandler/Gilbert/Phoenix/South Phoenix/North Phoenix/West Phoenix/East Phoenix/pretty much any city you can think of in the area, just don't go near this place. Unless you enjoy meeting real life KARENS, I would not go near this place if it was my last option on earth. Nope. I'll take sleeping on dirt. These people are EVIL. Don't learn the hard way.
