Overpriced, would not stay again
Pros:

Public bath was nice to have, especially the availability but was not so clean.

Cons:

The rooms were not as nice as pictured online. Bed was terrible, pillows terrible. Staff was not so pleasant or helpful. Overall overpriced.

Pros:

Public bath was nice to have but not so clean.

Cons:

The beds were terrible. Photos of rooms look much nicer online. Staff was okay, not so helpful or pleasant.

Great location and staff. Very foreigners friendly and tattoos are allowed at the onsen so it was a complete experience.
