Fair enough ---- experience
Pros:

Good for location 😃, front deck staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

No-one making the sofabed. Staff not tidying the towels , they just putting on the bed...Also not putting the hairdryer away.
For the public bath, the glass is not fully see through, not matching to the advertisement 😔. Public bath very small, and they allowed people with tattoo in. Not providing towels in public bath ,😔.

Not refilling the tea bags and coffee. 😠 Breakfast not tasty, not many choices. But tea and coffee are fine.

Great hotel, delicious breakfast, and wonderful location. Rooms are smaller but very comfortable.
Pros:

Excellent location near the station, shopping mall, and walking to Team Labs.

Cons:

Other guests were not using the onsen appropriately and it was not always clean because of that.

Pros:

This is our fourth year in a row staying at it is our favourite spot in Tokyo. Close to the trains, kombini, bars, restaurants etc. The rooms are perfect for our family of three, and the Onsen is part of our daily holiday ritual

Pros:

清潔感がありスタッフの対応も大変よかった。

Cons:

屋上の露天風呂を定期的に清掃してもらいたい。
私が行った日は荒れていた。

六本木駅前、ビジネスホテルで大浴場があるのがいいです。部屋のユニットでは狭くて洗いにくいので

Cons:

エアコンが汚れていたのかくしゃみが止まらず、そのまま喉を痛めました
