Perfect location
Pros:

Perfect location in central Tokyo, Roppongi station and crossing steps away. The onsen is a great plus!!!

Overall terrible stay and wouldn’t recommend to anyone
Pros:

Location was good but other then that was a terrible stay for the money

Cons:

Room air conditioner was filthy and making a bubbling noise our entire stay. The room stunk like a wet smell. Room was dusty. Nothing like Candeo in Osaka. We opted to not have the room cleaned a couple of times to sleep in but when it was- it wasn’t even vacuumed, bed wasn’t really made and they left rubbish behind the bins. Overall very very disappointed after staying in the one in Osaka that is beautiful. I’d expect a hotel that was over $300aud a night to be a bit better than a shower curtain and half bath tub too. Bed was very uncomfortable, hard and could feel the gap on the middle and pushed right up against the wall. Room was just overall terrible for the pricing. Really really disappointed in this stay

You can get better hotels for the same price. I canceled Candeo hotel in Osaka at the back of my experience in Tokyo
Pros:

Location - central and quiet

Cons:

Smallest rooms, breakfast was not of high quality - there is variety, but not good quality. Just not worth the money.
