Clean and spacious
Beds were a bit hard
Unfortunately there is a huge problem in this building with humidity. The whole floor area, my own bedroom (I stayed top floor under the bath) smelled like mold.
The ventilation and air condition is not working properly, and the feeling that the rooms are soaked is intense. I had planned to stay 5 nights for a business trip but after 2 nights trying to accept it, I had to move to a different hotel. The staff, I have to say, very kindly proceeded to cancel the rest of my stay. I enjoyed the sauna and bathing space, but is not worth -or even healthy- staying in such bad condition. Bad reputation for Candeo Hotels, specially from a costumer that have been using their hotels often.
I was really looking forward to staying here. The photos on the website made it appear luxurious. I wanted to like it. But it just wasn't as shown.
What did I like? The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was walking distance to a station (Odeo line), and the alleyways surrounding it had some lovely little shops - including a brilliant French pastry coffee shop that I fell in love with. The room (King Executive corner) was also a relatively good size and the air conditioning worked well.
However, the rooms and their facilities were old and worn. Immediately upon entering the room it smelt dank and damp. I spoke with the very friendly team at the front desk who kindly moved me to another room, however it was exactly the same. I couldn't see any ventilation in the room, so I suspect the carpets, the curtains, the furniture had just absorbed years of dampness because no matter how hard I tried to remove the smell, it wouldn't change. There was no air purifier in the room, but I was able to borrow one from reception. It was old however and didn't make any difference. I also purchased some room deodoriser from the drugstore nearby, but it didn't work.
The amenities were of a lower quality compared to other (similarly priced and some cheaper) hotels I stayed in on this trip, and the bathroom was smaller than most rooms I'd stayed in.
I was a very sad as I was really looking forward to my stay here, particularly as it was one of the more expensive hotels I stayed at on my trip.
I'm sorry, I don't like leaving negative reviews, but it's something I'd really have liked to know before my stay, as I would have chosen to stay elselwhere.

Spa carina anche se la vista sulla tower è opacizzata per garantire la privacy. Colazione buona ma aggiungerei dei dolci vegani o yogurt vegano.
Purtroppo la camera era molto umida e c'era odore di chiuso, non abbiamo dormito bene per questo odore, inoltre il rapporto qualità/prezzo per questi motivi non mi ha convinto.
Es un hotel funcional, Pide habitación alta y con ventana transparente. Es más cómodo que lujoso. El barrio es muy cómodo de transporte y un poco carente de alma. Desayuno correcto, onsen bueno y con sauna.

Very clean and friendly staff. The location offers quiet rooms yet walking distance to the train station and also many food options surrounding the area. The breakfast was amazing.

The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The best part was the Sky Onsen though!! Absolutely amazing
Breakfast was not bad
The toilet at lvl 3, near the reception, wasn’t always clean enough and the door of the women’s toilet didn’t lock properly at all.
The Onsen was lovely but the female facilities where lacking
Buffet breakfast is not worth the money, cold awful food. Honestly this hotel was the let down of our Japan trip
