A very pleasant enjoyable stay. We really liked the location.
Pros:

The location was great. The room was really nice. We had a good view of the Tokyo Tower. The spa was really nice after a long day of sightseeing.

Cons:

There was nothing that I did not like. The hotel was located in a nice part of Roppongi and close to the station.

A comfortable, convenient and enjoyable stay at this hotel.
Pros:

The room was well-designed but a bit small, especially the bathroom, which made it difficult for 3 people to use for a 5-day stay. Beds were very comfortable and the sofa-bed by the window was nice for our daughter. The views were okay - nothing notable. The onsen on the rooftop was great, especially sitting in the hot outdoor bath on a cold night. Location was great - lots of eateries and convenience stores right outside the hotel, the subway round the corner and Roppongi a nice area to explore both by day and evening. Breakfast was a good mix of both Western and Eastern choices and worth the $$. Staff were very professional and attentive.

Cons:

The cost! It was very expensive compared to other city hotels for the same price. I know it's Tokyo, but this was a downside for us.

Pros:

Eigenlijk beviel me alles in het hotel, de kamer (had een upgrade naar king room - 19 m) was brandschoon en werd dagelijks op vraag goed onderhouden.
Het ontbijt was prijs/kwaliteit een topper, voldoende afwisseling en lekker.
De onsen op de 16de verdieping was geweldig, zicht op tokyo vanuit je warmwaterbad op het dakterras :-)
Het personeel en in het bijzondere Malvin en zijn vriendin hebben waren zeer professioneel en super vriendelijk

Cons:

Er was voor mij maar 1 minpuntje, de kamers zijn naar Japanse normen vrij groot (zeker de king room), qua indeling zou het beter zijn als er meer opbergruimte en kapstokken zouden zijn.

Too expensive for what you get
Pros:

The public bath on the top floor is amazing.

Cons:

The dryers are horrible. I had to run it 3 times at 40 minutes each and the jeans were still not all the way dry.

Great location, lovely staff, but rooms too small for a 4 night stay
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

Room cleaning poor - just changed towels. Room small for 3 people staying 4 nights - inadequate space for suitcases and we only had cabin size, no wardrobes or shelves just a rail with hangers.
