Pros:

Good onsen with good views.

Water could have been hotter and open air pool had no airflow

Cons:

Privacy stickers on the windows of the spa was blocking a great view. No room for clothes and luggage in the room, just a few hangers that were flat on the wall

It was not a bad ecperience.
Pros:

It is close to markets, train stations, cafe and restaurants. The room had enough space. The staff was very helpfull and friendly.

Cons:

We did not stay other hotels in Tokyo but compared to our other hotels -which were cheaper - we stayed in Japan I think the hotel was older thus the room had unfresh smell and the toilet system was not working properly and the floor felt like it was a portable toilet. Air conditioning in the room worked well but outside the room the hotel was hot.

Pros:

First of all the location is so central, just take a subway to all the main parts of Tokyo. And the next is the exceptional service level rendered by the staff. I would like to commend the staff for helping me with my Lost and Found item, I forgot to take my personal item and was away at another city. They were very swift and kind to respond to me to deliver my package to my next hotel, all within the tight timeline. I really would recommend this hotel to everyone looking to have a lovely stay.

Roppongi gyöngyszeme
Pros:

Nagyon jó helyen van és a szoba mérete megfelelő a japán viszonyokhoz képest, nagyon jó hogy volt egy heverő is az ágy mellett es erre lehetett pakolni. Közel volt a metró és 15 perc sétára a Tokyo Tower. Reggelinél lehetett kérni glutén mentes kenyeret.

Cons:

Kontinentális reggeli nem volt. Az onsenben be van párásodva az ablak és ilyenkor nem látszik a tokyo tower.

The staff were welcoming and very happy to help even with the language barrier
The rooms were clean
Having the breakfast included was a fantastic and tag d breakfast had something even for the pickiest of eaters
