Le canapé lit est en fait une banquette / divan sans réel matelas et sans confort

Well located accommodation near the Roppongi Intersection, with super friendly helpful staff.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The public baths on the top floor, especially the outdoor bath on a rainy morning, was lovely.

Pros:

롯폰기역에서 도보로 5분 거리 정도였던 것 같습니다. 위치적으로는 상당히 만족스러운 호텔이었고, 프론트 직원분들도 친절했고 칸데오 호텔 체인의 특징이라 할 수 있는 대욕장이 역시나 너무 좋았네요. 바쁜 일정 마무리하고 대욕장 이용하니 몸이 풀리는 느낌이 들고 너무 좋았습니다! 도쿄 타워와도 가까워서 추천 드립니다.

Cons:

딱히 없었습니다! 오사카에서도 칸데오 호텔을 이용했었는데 그 때는 객실이 제법 넓었던 기억이 있었는데, 이 지점은 생각보다 객실이 조금 좁긴 했어요. 그래도 일본 호텔 객실들의 기본 사이즈 생각하면 적당하고 무난한 수준이었던 것 같습니다.

Location - near Stations and Shopping Malls

Cons:

Rooms were small in comparison to their Osaka Hotel, I didn’t like the fact you couldn’t go to any other Floor other than the one you were allocated. Facilities were minimal - no Bar, literally just Breakfast restaurant and a High price too. Again 5 star prices for 2/3star quality

Pros:

Во-первых прекрасная локация, 3 минуты от метро, супермаркет рядом, бизнес центр с магазинами и рядом с ним кафе с очень вкусными панкейками, идеальное место для завтрака) Станция метро отличная от которой удобно добираться до всех нужных точек и при этом не так людно. Только та станция что прям рядом с отелем спуск с лестницами, а если выйти через бизнес центр, то там все в эскалаторах, но идти на 5 минут больше до отеля.
Во-вторых - доброжелательный стафф в отеле, все быстро четко. Очень понравился номер, прекрасный вид из окна. Чисто, функционально (единственное, что не понравилось это фен - я ходила в зону сауны сушить голову), номер по размерам нормальный- не большой, но и не прям маленький, что не развернуться - для двоих просторно. В общем я обрадовалась что из всех отелей в Токио наткнулась именно на этот отель, нам он подошел идеально.

Pros:

롯폰기 역에서 걸어서 3분거에 도쿄타워까지 산책으로 가지 좋았습니다. 가까운거리에 식당이 많고 쇼핑할곳이 많아서 다음에 가도 또 이용할 듯 싶어요 옥상에 대욕장 너무 좋았습니다.

Cons:

Advertised photos were misleading and when brought to the staff’s attention they made it out as if we hadn’t booked correctly. They advised that for the photos used, there were only three of those rooms on each level and we had to make a special request to get that specific room. This was not advised anywhere else during the booking process and when you specifically choose a room based on the photos, you expect that room. The advertised king bed was 2 twin beds pushed together with a hump in the middle where they met.

Staff were not willing to help the process and when Booking.com stepped in, they sent us an offer to move to another room but had to be at reception by midday - they only sent us this offer at midday. When we responded at 12:09pm they cancelled the offer at 12:11pm. They were unwilling to offer a revised rate due to the false and misleading advertising even though the proof was in the photos.

The room itself was extremely run down. Carpets heavily stained, wallpaper peeling off walls, cushioned seat deteriorating. It is no wonder that they do not include photos of the bathrooms in their listing as they are extremely small, even for Japan. I don’t think any hotel that self proclaims themselves as a 4 star hotel should have a shower curtain… You can hear everything happening around you inside the hotel - not soundproof at all. The AC made horrible noises during the night and the pipes were extremely loud when others on neighbouring rooms used their showers and toilets.

They also do not provide shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and body wash in secure bottles which is extremely unsafe and unsanitary. You can twist the caps right off…The hotel should review this process ASAP.
