No hot water in the shower....AC needed repair... hotel change my room ! Very unpleasant

Reasonable price, friendly staff and hotel location

The hotel rooms are large and the bed comfortable, the bathroom clean and all the facilities work.
The staff is friendly and helpful, they offer a number of snacks and drinks and the prices are civil.
The only negative side is that there is no lift (elevator) and you have to climb at least 2 stories to reach your room. Luckily, staff and security are more than happy to help.

I’ve stayed at this hotel more than once, so any criticism I have should be taken along with that information. The staff at this hotel are very pleasant and the housekeepers in particular do a great job. However, they have an uphill battle. The rooms are about as basic as they come, which is fine, but it’s obvious that whoever owns this hotel puts very little money into the most minor repairs. For example, my shower head shot out water in only one direction, the toilet flusher button looked as though they’d been duct-taped in place, the bathroom drain was loud enough to drown out the TV, the bathroom door creaked like the entrance to a haunted mansion. None of these deficiencies change the fact that this hotel is inexpensive, located in a good spot, and it feels completely secure, although an in room safe would be nice. Dining and transportation is all around. For the budget traveler, it’s fine, just don’t expect the Ritz.

Full of roaches! Had to checkout the day before. I should be refunded for this stay and Expedia should be ashamed to having this on thier list of hotels.

Easy checking room is what was advertised quite nice.

spotty internet. internet kept shutting off every 5 mins. very bad internet connections.

If you want a peaceful nights sleep DONT STAY HERE. They use a tanoy system to communicate with staff which is CONTINUALLY blaring a pointless tune. They need to stop disturbing paying residents and use a radio like every other hotel.

i asked for a special request and the staff was pleasant and caring.

There are sooooo much cockroaches there!!!!! The bathroom stinks and has leaks everywhere.

That was a good bonding with my family.While in Catbalogan.i will be back and stay again in Asia Novo hotel its a good choice of the room.Which is big spacios for my families.its amazing.
