The room is comfortable.

The bed was excellent, the linen is amazing.

Cons:

Ordering room service is extremely hard to do, so I went elsewhere to eat. No access to a breakfast menu, or if room service breakfast is even available. Looking at the menu via an app is not a good option. Also, there was no hot water Wednesday morning.

The hotel facilities are great. The food is excellent. But it was the staff that were exceptional.
