Our room was beautifully appointed with a stunning view of the lake from all windows and the small balcony (room 330). The breakfast was excellent and so relaxing to sit outside looking over the lake. The employee’s care attention to detail add to five star experience of this property.
The bathtub is also pretty impressive.

One of the best option, it's located in the centre of Como. Very convenient, many restaurants and tourism spots in just a couple minutes walk.

Great location beautiful boutique hotel and best part was meeting Alberto, head concierge! He was so welcoming and informative helpful and totally made feel at home instantly! He went over everything and even help us figure out our unpaid toll which he ended up paying since the app would not download.

This is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in! From the moment we got here until the moment we left we were treated as honored guests. EVERYONE who works at this hotel treated us great. The breakfast here was fantastic and the views of Lake Como are superb. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Oh my, what a SPECIAL place. This place just makes you smile non-stop with how charming and beautiful It is. Such thoughtful touches throughout this beautiful, boutique hotel; just so pretty. And the staff- simply next-level, led by the grand hotelier Alberto wow…. No words. Just come- that’s all I can say.

The staff and the hotel is nothing short of first class. The hotel room we had was nothing short of the best hotel room I have ever stayed in…. They even offered a selection of bed linen…. Our hotel room had a direct view of Lake Como… We loved our stay and can’t wait to be back.
