A lovely hidden gem of a hotel
Pros:

The Decu Downtown is an oasis tucked away on a quiet, safe street about a 10 minute walk from the Gran Plaza and historic sites. It has a lovely pool, surrounded by palm trees and the sounds of birds, and offers 24/7 coffee, and healthy included breakfast. Meals were delicious and served in a small, airy setting. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the whole ambience is of a courtyard unlike a typical city hotel.

Cons:

WiFi signal in the room further away from the main entrance was less strong.

Extremely beautiful, comfortable and beautifully located hotel. Unfortunately, very low level of service. At breakfast, a lot of staff, and you wait half an hour for a sandwich, which is served to you...cold. I do not recommend buying BB, there is only one choice of breakfast, the rest is paid for.
