It was a beautiful place, cool rooms, nice pool.

Cons:

Unfortunately, their electricity was out, not their fault. We enjoyed the pool for a bit, then we were offered to cancel our reservation if we chose to. We did and were reimbursed. The pool patio needed to be swept, which we were surprised the staff didnt take care of it seeing how they were waiting for the powervto come back on. Wed try this place again

לא מומלץ בכלל, אין חניה במקום, נותנים חכם לחנות בחניון ליד המקום ולשם 100 פיסו ליום, החניון נמצא במקום שהוא לא בטוח בכלל ופחדנו להשאיר את הרכב שם.
כל פעם אתם צריכים לצלצל בפעמון כדי להיכנס לבית מלון,מי שפגשה איתנו הייתה מזעזעת יחסי אנוש על הפנים, לא נעימה ולא נחמדה בכלל.
החדרים בלי חלונות בכלל, יש עובש על הקירות, וקילוף.
היינו אמורים להיות שם 2 לילות ונשארנו לילה אחד במקום כי הרגשנו שאנחנו בבית כלא ולא בית מלון.
לא להתקרב.

Schönes Boutiquehotel mitten in Merida.
Pros:

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel in der Innenstadt, die man zu Fuss erkunden kann. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann auf dem Nachbargrundstück parken.

No había electricidad durante la primera noche de nuestra estancia. El hotel no dispone de sistema de respaldo eléctrico. Se nos indicó por parte de recepción y de la gerencia que el hotel se haría cargo del coste de esa primera noche. Sin embargo, al reclamar a través de Booking, no sé han hecho cargo ni aceptado la reclamación.

El lugar es hermoso, la restauracion de edificio, muy bonito. La habitación de buen tamaño.

Pedimos alimentos en desayuno, tuve que regresarlo una vez porque no prepararon lo que pedí, la limpieza de la habitación, se entiende que no se cambien las sabanas diario, pero por lo menos tenian que sacudir la cama, encontre un pañuelo desechable que deje la noche anterior bajo mi almohada con la cama ya tendida. y no traperaon el piso.

A lovely hidden gem of a hotel
Pros:

The Decu Downtown is an oasis tucked away on a quiet, safe street about a 10 minute walk from the Gran Plaza and historic sites. It has a lovely pool, surrounded by palm trees and the sounds of birds, and offers 24/7 coffee, and healthy included breakfast. Meals were delicious and served in a small, airy setting. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the whole ambience is of a courtyard unlike a typical city hotel.

Cons:

WiFi signal in the room further away from the main entrance was less strong.
