Bloemfontein at its best
Pros:

Friendly staff, beautiful gardens and excellent room. The restaurant overlooks the garden with the occasional Springboks roaming the lawn. The food was excellent and the service superb.

Pros:

The room and bathroom were impressively spacious, making the stay very comfortable. There was plenty of room to move around without feeling cramped, and everything felt well laid out. The entertainment area also offered ample space, which made it easy to relax and unwind. Overall, the generous room sizes really added to the enjoyment of the stay and created a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere.

Cons:

The beds were an excellent size and provided plenty of space to sleep comfortably. I really appreciated how generous the bed dimensions were. However, the mattress was a little bit too firm for my personal preference. While it may suit guests who enjoy a firmer sleeping surface, I would have preferred something slightly softer. Overall, the bed size was great, but the mattress comfort could vary depending on individual preference.

Redelijke stop voor een nacht.
Pros:

Het was direct aan de route die we reisden en er is een restaurant voor als je de deur niet uit wil gaan voor avondeten.

Cons:

De foto’s gaven een mooiere uitstraling dan dat wat het werkelijk was. De temperatuur van het douchewater was niet te controleren, veel te heet of koud.

Der Restaurant-Bereich ist sehr ansprechend und der Service aufmerksam und freundlich. Da es in unserem gebuchten Zimmer jede Menge winziger Ameisen auf dem Bett gab, erhielten wir umgehend ein anderes, gleichwertiges Zimmer ohne Ameisen.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt in einer Art Gated Community und wirkt sehr neutral. Der Pool liegt direkt an der Restaurant-Terrasse und ist sehr klein und wenig einladend. Die Außenanlagen wirken vernachlässigt. Es scheint sich niemand wirklich zu kümmern. Aus unserer Sicht ganz klar kein 5-Sterne-Haus.

I really like the hotel. Its well furnished, the staf are good and the location works really well for us on trips to/from Mpumalanga.
