The construction in the morning was loud! It was hard to sleep in!

We have rented as family of 4 persons. It is for small for 4 persons.

The pool was closed and the elevator didn't work most of the time. You have to park across the street

There was construction going on 10 of the 14 days we were there. Every morning at 8am we were awakened by a hammer drill? It was loud. We were out of the apt. Everyday by 10am. By the time we returned the work was done. The pool was only available after 4 pm and on the weekends.

The place had a strong moldy oder like a shut up basement. We contacted owners and they said didn’t have a problem before. We have allergies and I am especially sensitive to mold. They had an air purifier in the living room which says yes you had a problem before. They also had a loud one room air conditioning unit in the bedroom floor by the bed. They said to turn it on. We did and went out to see if it helped. When we came back the smell was still there plus we now had a large puddle of water in the floor running under the bed from the air conditioner unit. After driving 11 hours we just could not stay in the place. We called around to find another place to stay. We travel a lot and have never had an experience like this before. Owners only solution was raise window. We stayed at another place at Holiday Villas 111 in April and it was very nice. This place I can say this was the worst place we have ever been and we usually take 2 to 3 vacations a year.

Didnt empty trash at grill area no balcony couldnt smoke near your rooms only in desinated areas parking across the street elevator busy nonstop taking 5 minutes to go from 3rd floor to lobby floor no chairs outyour front door to sit down to much noise due to construction limited in towels toilet paper and dish detergent and trash bags and domestic disputes coming from 5th floor 300am in morning no housekeeping what so ever to give fresh linens on bed and pillowcases overall terrible and wouldnt stay here again

There is no balcony. There is window, but nothing to see. You will see the middle ground floor of the building. I guess that’s the only problem- no balcony to sit and drink coffee in the morning to watch the sunrise/ or the ocean. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. We would surely come back next time. Thank you 😊

Every thing ! The owner to this place allowed random people to come in and out of the room and gave them the security code to get in .One of the many radom people that the owner gave access to the room got into my wallet and stoled cash!!! While we were trying to enjoy our day at the beach . Then some random guy who looked like a drug addict walked in while using the security code that opened the door well I was in my towel and just got out of the shower the morning of the 24th. This place was filthy, dirty lines with publc hair all over, pillows stunk so bad along with the whole place, I had to buy airfreshner, amd the AC didn't work !!
I have pictures and videos to prove it. The owner didn't tell us about all the construction going on as well. It was a complete nightmare!!! We checked out of this place on 24th of April first thing in the morning and booked some where else to stay for the remaining of our vacation The owner and his wife refused to listen to our concerns and was totally rude and unprofessional and didn't take any of concerns and what happen to me the morning of the 24th serious !!
If anyone plans to stay here think a billion times before booking this place. You will not be safe, along with your belongings as well.

Was a little small. Elevator was very slow.

Just the pool hrs should be open till 10-11

The room is internal with no natural light, and very brown, so felt gloomy. The old Nik-naks and dried flowers were dusty.

Could use another set of blankets and sheets and maybe a small vacuum for sand that falls off shoes🤷🏻‍♀️ Other than that it was GREAT!

The apartment would have been outstanding had it had a balcony
