Good location nice gym nice for a short stay.
Pros:

Great location, nice pool and hot tub

Cons:

The decking around the pool needs to be replaced. Special charge to use lounge chairs next to the pool.

Super séjour à Playa del Carmen ! L’hôtel est très propre et idéalement situé, à deux pas de la mer et de la Quinta Avenida, ce qui est parfait pour profiter des restaurants, des boutiques et de l’ambiance de la ville. Le rooftop est génial, avec une belle piscine et une vue très agréable pour se détendre. Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et toujours prêt à aider. Petit plus pour le café Marley qui est excellent ! Je recommande sans hésiter.

Great hotel and great location.
Pros:

The hotel is very well located, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were outstanding—especially Hugo, Nathan, Jesus, Frank, and Ga—who all went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooftop is wonderful, featuring a beautiful pool that makes it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the view. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Dobry hotel na krótki wypad ale ma swoje minusy
Pros:

Hotel był ładny, pokoje duże i przestronne, basen bardzo wygodny, zawsze znaleźliśmy leżaki.

Cons:

Niestety w pokoju panowała okropna wilgoć pomimo klimy chodzącej non stop. Woda skraplała się po wszystkich meblach. Nic nie chciało nam wyschnąć ;( Musieliśmy wszystko wyprać przed wyjazdem bo było zawilgotnione. Widać, że hotel lata świetności ma już za sobą i wymaga odświeżenia. Śniadania mało urozmaicone, przy kilku dniach pobytu były bardzo męczące.

Met our needs for a last minute one night stay, but wouldn't recommend for longer visits
Pros:

The reception staff were excellent. The luggage storage was easy to utilize upon check-out. The hotel was remarkably quiet given it's location in the most touristy part of PDC. Easy walking distance from the ferry pier and ADO bus station. The weather was crummy so we didn't visit the pool deck so can't report on that, or any of the onsite dining options.

Cons:

The rooms are dark and a little tired. Our room smelled like stale cigarette smoke, and we had no balcony for fresh air. For just one night it was okay, but I wouldn't have wanted to stay any longer than that.

Een goed maar steenkoud hotel in de drukke touristenbuurt van Playa Del Carmen, vlakbij het strand.
Pros:

Ontbijt, locatie, kamer, hygiëne, fitnessruimte, privé parkeerplaats, zwembad.

Cons:

De Air Conditioning was vreselijk koud en kon niet bijgesteld worden, IJSKOUD 's nachts, hele hotel koud. Personeel nam de klachten niet serieus. Meerdere mensen hadden klachten. Dus neem een vest mee. Dus óf AC aan en ijskoud of AC uit en raam open, dan ietsje minder koud maar dan muggen.
We wilden omboeken naar het andere hotel The Fives, aan het strand, all inclusive, maar personeel wilde niet helpen daarbij, kreeg alleen het telefoonnummer.

The location is a big highlight — very central and close to restaurants, shops, and the beach, making it convenient for exploring (we went in tours to Tulum, Chichen Itza & Xcaret during our stay). The hotel itself is modern and comfortable, with spacious rooms and an amazing rooftop pool.

Breakfast was solid with a good variety to start the day. Our room (Superior King room) faced the interior courtyard, and we had no trouble with noise. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

Cons:

One thing to note: there is a 10 USD per night resort fee that we weren’t aware of before arriving. In addition, a refundable 5000 MXN deposit is required at check-in and can only be paid by credit card — this also wasn’t communicated to us in advance.
