Me gusto la ubicación y la alberca .

Cons:

Pésimo hotel en servicio al cliente , sucio y apestoso , la habitación estaba no sucia lo que le sigue de puerca , tuvimos que hacer limpieza nosotros con toallitas de Lysol, todo el ruido horrible imposible descansar , y el ruido era de todo los pasos y puertas y ruido hasta el mas mínimo de la parte superior

Sometimes no night staff on duty safety.

Not a warm happy feeling of staff


Never seen a Manager there.

Overall a bad outdated hotel.

Great location but don’t assume that your rooms will be the ones you booked.

Location was great. The lobby was warm and welcoming.

Cons:

We ordered two deluxe double rooms with courtyard views (clearly stated and paid for). These were not provided. We were given two basic rooms instead. Upon request one room was changed but not the other. No refund was given and the manager was not very helpful.

Amazing
Pros:

Nice, clean, rooftop pool and bar was amazing. Staff was top notch, and felt genuine and kind. Big shoutout to the restaurant chef Jesus who made our visit so pleasant, and for all the good advice for our vacation.

Pros:

BED BUGS!!! My daughter had bed bugs after staying here.

Also, the team confirmed I was due a refund, but after many emails and follow up, I still have no answer.

The place and beach are great, but if you want cleanliness and a place that will honor your money, don't stay here.
