Front office staff not friendly and cant speak english. Only can speak korean

Good hotel; just don't use booking.com
Pros:

Good value within reasonable distance to rental car place while heading to airport. Not super close to night market areas on east side of Jeju City, though.

Cons:

Not the resort's fault, but getting this place through booking.com, the resort won't actually get a record of your booking, and trying to communicate with the zero English front desk about your booking is tricky. Don't use booking.com for this place.
