The premier room was dated. I expected more modernization for the price. The meals were average at best and not worth the price. The hotel was very clean and the service was top notch. The location was great. I will be selecting a different more modern hotel for my next stay in Tokyo for an equivalent price.
They kept our room clean daily, gave us water in room, nice bathroom amenities, 7-Eleven downstairs, nice restaurants…the staff was helpful in helping with luggage forwarding. Beautiful view of Tokyo Metropolitan Government building also! I’d stay here again :)
A huge hotel -loved the staff . Felt our room was a bit dated and tired .
I've stay at the Hotel
This was a perfect area for exploring Tokyo. The hotel is near the Shinjuku Station where you can connect to trains, subways Nex train to airport. It is a very vibrant area with lots to do nearby. The hotel is beautiful. The staff’s very courteous. Amazing customer service. Breakfast buffet wa amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are very spacious, laundry facilities were great. Overall we had a terrific stay with trains and shops within walking distance.
GYM can be improve a bit but still good . Shopping is great & easy to walk everywhere. Many good restaurants & cafe . Amazing hotel , will go back to stay there next time in Japan !
Quiet, full service hotel very close to shinjuku station. Very convenient location and helpful staff. One elevator bank was under repairs which was a bit annoying.

Had 2 Plaza Deluxe South Wing Twin rooms. Clean, updated, comfortable, well appointed, good air circulation and no smell. One room had view of Metropolitan Building, the other of city. Seasonal pool was nice.Very cool big hotel, I will definitely come back, but get higher floor.
