Lokasi dan arsitektur bangunan dari hotel sangat bersejarah.
Kebersihan linen seperti sprei, bed cover perlu di tingkatkan. Seperti sprei yang memiliki bekas bercak stain yang tidak bisa hilang wajarnya diganti dalam pemugaran aset. Selain daripada itu kebersihan daripada item seperti tong sampah yang berkarat, toilet yang rusak harusnya tidak terjadi di hotel yang memiliki bintang 4 seperti mixolie. Bisa ganti semua tempat sampah yang sudah tidak layak di kamar mandi dengan yang baru agar tampilan kebersihan hotel meningkat

I requested for king bed in Apps , they already agreed therefore when i reached to the hotel they provided me with twin bed , which is im with my gf , i was so tired while check in they said they will join the bed but when i reach to the room still in Twin Shape

The road to that hotel is narrow and confusing at first arrive
We spent 1 night in suite room, however the amenities didnt meet our expectations as a suite room and what we paid for, no tissue and no bathrobe. The atmosphere of the room look old and dull . Didnt get the chance to see the facility or breakfast time since we only stop over and didnt get much time. we booked a suite and expect the room will be convinience and comfy, unfortunately room wasnt what we expected, there is mosquito as well. Lucky we only stay fir 1 night.
