Overall it was great!
Pros:

Very close to so many restaurants, 2 family marts, 1 lawson, many sugi drugstores, Mega donki, and a daily yamazaki. Staff were very helpful. They can speak some English.

Cons:

Bringing a 28 and 30 inch luggage was a mistake. It was a little difficult to open and move around them because of the tight room space. I recommend smaller luggages for these kinds of rooms.
