Ontzettend leuk gelegen hotel direct gelegen aan Shinsekai, in een zijstraatje waardoor je niet de extreme drukte meemaakt. Kamer was prima te doen met voldoende ruimte. Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Bed wat aan de harde kant, maar dat is geen uitzondering in Japan.
The hotel room was bigger than the ones we stayed at in other places. Liked the mirror in the room and the staff were always very nice
Felt like you kinda had to compete to use the washers and dryers lol
There's a balcony you cant enter outside the rooms window and you can't see below from it.

struttura molta bella. in una posizione perfetta per lo street food, ma anche per raggiungere qualsiasi punto di osaka tramite la metro e 5 minuti di distanza. zona molto caratteristica e piacevole. staff gentilissimo, camera comoda e grande. hanno persino dato i pigiama per la notte. pulizia perfetta. consigliatissimo

An Wochenenden kann es nachts auch was lauter werden, da es direkt am Anfang der Night Life Area ist. Uns hat es nur ein mal etwas gestört.
Very clean, very friendly staff, great location as a tourist (though when visiting again, I'd want to be slightly further north, closer to Dotonbori and Nippombashi).
Eco room service days are a bit confusing, e. g. because there are signs that you can put on the door saying that you don't need a towel change... But then you won't get one either way if you don't put the towels outside your room first. Seems redundant to me.
Room looks a bit dated and there's not even space to open one medium sized check-in suitcase. Then again this is more of a business hotel where the in-room desk might make a lot more sense for non-tourist visitors. I knew what I was getting into after all and as a solo traveler it's great.

Soggiorno davvero fantastico! Hotel curato, camera spaziosa e pulitissima, con tutto organizzato alla perfezione. Il vero punto di forza è stato il personale: sempre super gentile, cordiale e disponibile a qualsiasi ora, pronto ad aiutarci con il sorriso per ogni richiesta. Ci siamo sentiti davvero accolti e supportati durante tutto il soggiorno. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo anche il servizio di lavanderia, con lavatrici e asciugatrici organizzate alla perfezione, e la loro disponibilità nel farci trovare tutto pronto la mattina successiva, visto che una sera era ormai tardi. Anche il servizio di spedizione dei bagagli è stato impeccabile: si sono occupati di tutto con una professionalità ed efficienza incredibili. La posizione è ottima per visitare Osaka e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccezionale. Una struttura che consigliamo assolutamente!
Sinceramente non abbiamo nulla di particolare da segnalare. Ci siamo trovati benissimo sotto ogni aspetto. Non siamo riusciti a provare la colazione, che sembrava davvero invitante, ma per il resto l'esperienza è stata eccellente.
