Pros:

Ligging is gunstig. Je bent snel met de metro in de binnenstad. Parkeergelegenheid (tegen betaling, dat wel), uitzicht op parkje. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame conciërge of klusjesman.

Cons:

Je moet aan een lage tafel eten, op lage tweezitter, kruk of poef. Ik zit persoonlijk liever aan een gewone tafel met stoelen. Maar dat is persoonlijk. Geen airco, wat lastig kan zijn bij hoge temperaturen.

Lage top: guter Stadtteil, Anbindung an Nahverkehr sehr gut, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke

Cons:

Ein bisschen mehr Abstellfläche in der Küchennische

Trotz großer Hitze ein angenehmer Aufenthalt im Familienappartement

Ein großes komfortables Familienappartement im Erdgeschoss. Sehr schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

Pros:

Das Gebäude und dessen Geschichte ist interessant und was daraus gemacht wurde, ist sehr gelungen. Die Apartments sind sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet.
Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Im Hof kann man einen Parkplatz reservieren. Im Grunde braucht man aber kein Auto.
Wir sind mit der Hamburg Card mit Bus und S-Bahn überall problemlos gefahren.
Die Bus- und U-Bahnstation sind von der Unterkunft aus in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir können das Apartment040 nur empfehlen.

Un estudi molt còmode, tranquil i molt ben comunicat.
Pros:

L'estudi és molt correcte per passar-hi uns dies una parella, en un entorn tranquil i molt ben situat, molt a prop de supermercats i mitjà de transport.

Cons:

El parament de la cuina ens ha semblat una mica just, per dir alguna cosa, però en general tot bé.

Schönes Apartment in ruhiger und zentraler Lage.
Pros:

Recht großes Zimmer mit Sitzgelegenheit, sehr sauberes Bad, gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile. Das Apartmenthaus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend nahe an der Außenalster (800 m). mit guter Anbindung an die U-Bahn (600 m).

Cons:

Alles in Ordnung, die Betten könnten etwas breiter sein.
