Self check-in failed – no support, serious safety concern!
Cons:

There was an error with my self check-in, and neither the online check-in nor the on-site system worked.

The emergency number provided was not connected, and the only other contact option led to an automated system with no real assistance. There was no way to reach anyone, even Booking.com was unable to contact the host.

I arrived late at night and was left alone inside the building hallway without access or support. As a woman alone, this felt unsafe and very concerning.
I had to wait there and contact Booking.com myself before the booking was finally cancelled by Booking.com.

This is not just an inconvenience, it is a serious safety issue.
Would not recommend.

Pros:

Sehr geräumige Zimmer mit Tisch, Couch, bequemes und großes Bett,
großes BAd/WC, Küchezeile sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles da was man braucht!

Cons:

Kleine Anregung: Ein richtiger Stuhl für den "Schreibtisch" und
Snack und Getränkeautomat im Eingangsbereich wären ideal.
Aber das ist wirklich KEINE Kritik!

Stadtnah trotzdem ruhig, großzügige Zimmer
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Upgrade auf LOFT, riesiges Zimmer, mit riesigem Badezimmer, sehr geräumig, RUHIG. Toilette im Extraraum. Küchenzeile gut ausgestattet, großer Kühlschrank, Betten sehr bequem, ich habe das erste Mal in einem Hotel gut geschlafen!! Hier hält man es auch gut eine Woche aus!! Anbindung an U-Bahn und Bus sehr gut, Parken nicht ganz einfach, aber machbar.

Cons:

Fernseher hatte kein Wlan, also kein youtube oder Streaming.

Sehr ruhige und zentrale Lage mit viel Platz.
Pros:

Die Lage im Stadtteil Uhlenhorst ist sehr schön und besonders ruhig. Die Außenalster ist nicht weit entfernt. Die Einrichtung sieht gut aus und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Im Appartement war viel Platz und Stauraum.

Cons:

Der Eingangsbereich als erster Eindruck sieht sehr nüchtern aus.
