It was good.

Hotel mäßig super. Einrichtung auch gut. Frühstück war net so.
Aber diese lautstärke ab 23 uhr hat uns in den wahnsinn getrieben. Genau unter dem hotel ist eine bar die bis 2-3 uhr nachts richtig richtig laute musik spielt. Es wurde schon so oft eine beschwerde eingereicht leider ohne erfolg. Deswegen würde ich es NIEMANDEN empfehlen die ein kind haben und die frühschläfer sind

I am writing to thank my wife and children at your hotel after two days of vacation.
They have had three wonderful days at every point of your hotel, thanks to the professionalism, kindness and assistance staff have shown, the high level of education they have received and the quality of service they offer.
In particular, Bilal and Yasir are ready to help at any moment, people who comfort us

I booked an executive suite, but the fridge smelled bad and had pieces of fruit inside. The slippers and disposable amenities were missing. The bed was so dirty that I had to ask for the sheets to be changed immediately. Although I booked a non-smoking room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. It was an incredibly bad experience—I left the hotel right after the first day.

Hatte für 4 Personen reserviert habe leider nur was für 2Personen bekommen 😤😤 und das Zimmer stank nach Rauch.

Laute Discothek über der Suite bis 3 Uhr nachts, Zigarettenqualm. Kein Schlafen möglich. Urlaub war dank dieses Hotels Katastrophe!

Unhygienisches Mobiliar und Teppich mit vielen Flecken.

Personal befriedigend.

Havlular eskimiş, ütü makinesi ortak kullanim ve kablosu kopuk eskiydi, elektrik çarpıcak diye korktum.
Halı biraz kirliydi yenilenmeli.
Balkonu olmasi güzeldi, klima yeterli, personel guler yuzlu, otopark imkani var,bina ve lobi alanı gayet hoş.
Lokasyonu iyi.
Gelecek İstanbul seyahatimde yeniden bir şans daha verebilirim.

It has good gym and swimming pool. First night there was too much noise from the bar downstairs, it was near to impossible to sleep. Second night I was moved to another floor so not music noise. I didn't like that the english of the staff wasn't good enough.
There were some misunderstandings with the breakfast and some problems with the internet. The majority of the staff was really helpful and nice, but the lady in the breakfast are for the last 2 days was border rude.

The hotel is fantastic and the staff have been so nice and helpful and the breakfast look nice and the staff in breakfast i would give them 5 stars 🌟 service melek/jasir/dilber were friendly and would do anything for you evermore walking in to breakfast with a smile and greeted so nice

Tek gece kaldık. Odamızın kliması ısıtmıyor diye 2 defa resepsiyonu aradık. Teknik arkadaş göndereceğini iletti ve gelmedi tekrar aradığımızda arkadaş 4 saat sonra geldi.

Room was in bad condition the ac didn’t work, room cleaning didn’t come at all in my 4 night stay! Even when I asked for it.

The only decent guy (skinny guys unfortunately I didn’t get his name) was on the night shift super friendly and helpful guy.

Also the price for location is super high €400 for 4 nights.

Over all if I could give no star I would.

The Hotel was great. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious! Our room was super comfortable.
The location is very close to the convention center.
One draw back was the noise from the bar Nextdoor. Very loud until very late.

Property was clean and modern, staff were not always nice. Room service was not the best, they often forgot to add toilet paper, additional body wash and bath robes. They have com breakfast available which is nice and convenient. I would definitely stay there again due to the location convenience of the hotel.

Oda hizmetleri gerçekten ortalamanın çok altındaydı.temizlik anlayışları yatak toplamaktan ibaretti.6 gecelik seyahatimde sabunu bile yenilemediler bitmesine rağmen.Oda temiz değildi.Yetkililer isteyince her şeyi getiriyordu ama her şeyi istememiz gerekiyordu.Otelde ilk kez kalmıyorum ve önceki kalışlarımda çok daha mutlu ayrılmıştım.Yazık olmuş.

Gerçekten harika bir deneyimdi. Fazlasıyla başarılı bir otel gerek temizlik gerek hizmet oldukça memnun kaldık. Spa deneyimi de çok başarılıydı. Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğim bir otel oldu. Tekrardan teşekkürler.

We arrived late in the hotel and after checking in we went to our room. The room was so dirty really I was shocked so I went back to reception and asked for another room but they said that the hotel was fully booked. So I asked my money back and wanted to check out, but he said we cannot give your money back. I didn’t use the room we went only 5 minutes in the room and they said sorry you will not get your money back. I was so upset and left the hotel without getting my refund. I will never recommend anyone to stay here and if you are going for the first time, my tip go check the room first before you are paying.
