غرفة 3009 غير نظيفه من حيث فرشة الارضية وافياش الكهرباء لاتعمل الا واحده والثلاجه كذلك.
والغرقة كانت حاره والتبريد كان سيئ رغم التواصل مع الريسبشن لمده 6 ساعات حتى تم تغيير الغرفة
وحسب كلام الطاقم ان الغرفة مخصصة للحجز عن طريق لبوكنج
Odalar ferahtı konforluydu şampuan bile kaliteliydi çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi girişte kapıda karşılayıp odamıza kadar eşlik ettiler otelin hamam sauna kapalı havuz fitness imkanları vardı ve oldukça yeterliydi. Kahvaltı açık büfeydi lezzetli ve doyurucuydu her çeşit vardı

Colazione
Comfortable room , dinner in restaurant was good as was breakfast . Spa staff and front desk were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our Hamam and massage . Our stay was unfortunately tainted by 2 encounters with the man who took our bag to the room “ M” held his hand out for a tip . We unfortunately had no cash as we used up cash prior to departure from country the following day . He was obviously angry , and we said that if we DID go out we would get some cash . This did not happen as we had dinner at hotel . As we left hotel restaurant and got into elevator to return to room ,he followed us ,and put his foot in elevator door so he could get in with us . He still did not appear happy with us , got out at our floor and indicated he needed to get us something. He disappeared into a housekeeper room , to reappear with 2 folded robes that he presented. Again he hovered at our door with hand held out . When my husband said he still had no cash , he stormed off muttering. We felt extremely uncomfortable and concerned for the safety of our car in the parking lot .
In all our travels in beautiful Turkiye, we have never come across an expectation of tipping . We have been generous with people who have provided exceptional service on occasions , but most Turks have provided services cheerfully with no perceived expectation of monetary rewards. We did not perceive this expectation from any of the other staff st the hotel: front desk , restaurant and spa staff were all courteous, friendly and helpful.
“ M “ was the exception. This is the first time for a long time that I have put a negative comment on Bookings.com but this experience left me feeling very uncomfortable and anxious. Maybe speaking more Turkish could have helped defuse the situation but our lack of Turkish hadn’t till last night by been an issue
