Pros:

Location was perfect for our onwards journey. Staff were very polite. Pool was good, sauna and steam room was good. Breakfast was okay. Rooms are very spacious each room had 2 doubles and a single. I booked 3 rooms but actually only needed 2 as the extra single wasn’t advertised.

Cons:

Dirty socks found under the bed from previous people. Breakfast could have more for children like pancakes or waffles.

كان كل شي جيد حتى قام الموظفون باخباري ان علي مغادره غرفتي وانا املك حجز ولم ينتهي ومدفوع مسبقا حتى يستطيع نزيل اخر اخذ غرفتي !!!
عدم احترام النزلاء وعدم معرفه الحجوزات وتنظيمها يدل على انعدام الاحترافية في الاداره والتعامل

أسوأ تجربة إقامة مررت بها في هذا الفندق.

الفندق يبدو جميلاً من الخارج فقط، أما من الداخل فكانت التجربة سيئة جداً من ناحية الإقامة والتعامل. واجهت خمس مشكلات لا يمكن تجاهلها:

أولاً: نظام التكييف سيئ جداً، خصوصاً في فصل الصيف. أنصح الجميع بالتأكد من التكييف قبل الدفع واستلام الغرفة. جميع الغرف مرتبطة بنظام تكييف مركزي واحد، ولا يمكن التحكم بدرجة الحرارة داخل الغرفة. تم تغيير غرفتي، لكن المشكلة استمرت، ولم أستطع النوم بشكل مريح.

ثانياً: المياه في الحمام سيئة جداً. في الصباح ينقطع الماء، وعند عودته يخرج الهواء بقوة مع صوت مزعج ومخيف.

ثالثاً: الجاكوزي غير نظيف إطلاقاً. عند تشغيله ظهرت أوساخ وشوائب داخل الماء، وهو أمر مقزز وغير مقبول.

رابعاً: موظفو الاستقبال كانوا غير متعاونين، وعند إبلاغهم بالملاحظات كان تجاوبهم بطيئاً جداً ولم يتم التعامل مع المشكلات بالشكل المطلوب.

خامساً: عند تسجيل المغادرة تأخر إرسال حامل الحقائب، مما اضطرني إلى حمل أمتعتي بنفسي حتى السيارة.

الفطور الاصناف محدودة وغير مرضية

لن أكرر الإقامة في هذا الفندق، ولا أوصي به حتى يتم تحسين مستوى النظافة والصيانة وجودة الخدمة.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

The hotel looks beautiful from the outside, but the experience inside was extremely disappointing. I encountered five major issues that cannot be ignored:

First: The air conditioning was very poor, especially during the summer. I strongly recommend checking the AC before paying or checking in. All the rooms seem to be connected to one central system, and it was impossible to control the temperature inside the room. They changed my room, but the problem remained, and I could not sleep comfortably.

Second: The bathroom water supply was very poor. Every morning the water would stop, and when it returned, it came back with loud bursts of air that made an alarming noise.

Third: The jacuzzi was extremely dirty. When I turned it on, dirt and debris came out into the water, which was disgusting and completely unacceptable.

Fourth: The front desk staff were not helpful.
