O vacanta reusita!
Pros:

Curatenia se face zilnic, se schimba lenjeria si prosoapele, ceea ce nu am mai intalnit la alte hoteluri. Personalul este amabil si mereu prezent sa ajute. Multumin intregului personal pentru amabilitate si pentru felul in care se implica pentru bunastarea si clientilor.

Excellent value for money and all the staff are all very profesional with a smile ensuring we had a great stay!
Pros:

All the staff in the hotel are extremely courteous and friendly including the dining room staff and the cleaners and also excellent reception staff. A big compliment to them all! The location is excellent close by everything and metro and trams are also a couple of minutes walk away. Although the hotel is very central, at night we had a good nights sleep as our room was next to a quiet street and we couldn’t hear anything outside. The rooms are comfortable and clean with excellent air conditioning. Breakfast is also very good. I would come back to this hotel on my next visit to Istanbul!

Pros:

Ons verblijf in Pisa Hotel was werkelijk fantastisch! Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. De kamers waren schoon, comfortabel en netjes onderhouden. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Je merkt dat ze er alles aan doen om hun gasten een prettig verblijf te bezorgen. Ook de centrale ligging is ideaal, met het openbaar vervoer en veel bezienswaardigheden binnen handbereik. We hebben ons vanaf het eerste moment welkom gevoeld. Een hotel waar gastvrijheid en service echt vooropstaan. Absoluut een aanrader!

Cons:

Helemaal niets! Alles was perfect en voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen. We hebben werkelijk geen enkel minpunt kunnen ontdekken.

Smooth check-in and checkout experience, also thanks to very friendly and helpful staff. Our family suite for 4 was fine and good value for the money, with well-isolated windows to keep out the street noise out and the aircon providing fresh air. Pisa hotel is favourably located in the heart of Fatih district, just a few minutes away from the Metro and tram stations. Besides, the whole area is super walkable with many options for shopping, eating and exploring history. We especially loved the full view of the Laleli Mosque right from our window

Спасибо персоналу отеля PISA HOTEL за замечательный отпуск. Менеджеры, помощники - просто великолепные люди, отзывчивые, улыбчивые и внимательные.
Завтрак в отеле просто невероятный. Большой выбор, сытно, а главное - очень вкусно!
Впредь буду останавливаться только здесь.
Спасибо большое! Когда я была в Стамбуле первый раз у нас не случилось искры, но сейчас, когда я была здесь второй раз - произошла настоящая любовь. Ваш отель также помог этому, ведь его расположение, уют и другие показатели очень повлияли.
