In general as a place to sleep at night this isn't bad but if you're looking to spend anytime in an apartment when on holiday then this isn't suitable.

Its very small and compact by the time the sofa bed is pulled out there's little to no room left in the apartment.

Be conscious if thinking of taking children as the apartment is 10 stories high! Heights never bother me but wow its a bit daunting when you first walk to it but then again it does provide lovely views :)

The lock on the apartment is boarder line embarrassing locked myself in a few times and somehow managed to set off the alarm which made a VERY high pitched noise for several minutes before I somehow deactivated it. Not sure what's wrong with good old house key!!!? but this was pointless.

Struggled to shut the bathroom door it kept sliding back, its a sliding door that some Hilton Hamptons use but when the door is open it covers the light switch.

Generally all cooking utensils are readily available, not much room to prep any food hardly any work surface and no drainer for washing dishes, so ate out every night.

If you want a basic stay and not planning on spending anytime in an apartment then this I suppose is ok, sadly I really wouldn't recommend a friend or family to stay here.

I did wonder why there was no photos of the outside of outside of the apartment so brace yourself when you arrive! it looks like a set of council flats very grey and dull and genuinely uninspiring.

Stayed for 5 nights at this clean, well equipped studio.
First impressions were this is lovely and the owner has gone all out to make it very homely and comfortable.
Unfortunately my whole stay was ruined by the electronic door lock system that really didn’t work but I will explain all later on.
As already said, this is a lovely CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN studio. The balcony gets the sun the whole day long and into the evening as the sun drops down over the mountains.
The fold out bed was very nice and ALL linen was immaculate, especially the bed linen.
The kitchen area was modern and it appears that almost everything has come from IKEA and is really new.
There is a hob, microwave with grill, fridge and very new IKEA cutlery and crockery.
The bathroom has the washing machine, shower cubicle and WC. All nice and clean and tidy. Watch out for the mixer tap in shower, easily knocked and could get scalded.
The door lock. Ugh!!!
It just didn’t work. I had to contact the owner as I was locked in (yes that’s what I said, locked IN) for 2 hours.
Owner got back to me and was was informed that I could disable the lock which I did. Unfortunately it left the lock screaming out a high pitched alarm 24 hours a day, day and night, You can hear what I had to put up if you go to dropbox(dot)com - s/u7iuj62i3gy9oouLock%20Alarm.mp3?dl=0
As soon as the owner gets the electronic door alarm sorted, this will be a very neat and tidy place to stay.
Can’t say I enjoyed the ringing in my ears.

Als je het niet erg vind om een stukje te lopen, is dit prima te doen. Voor een schoon bed en een lekkere douche. Voor de rest waren wij buiten. Balkon is klein, maar maakten wij geen gebruik van.

This is a nice. comfortable apartment. It is well-equipped with everything you need, including cooking facilities and a washing machine, which makes it a good alternative to a hotel room.
It is a 5 minute walk away from a train station with a direct line to Malaga Airport, so hiring a car is not necessary. The beach is a 10 minute walk away. There are several supermarkets very close to the apartment.
Definitely recommended to anybody who wants to be in the Torremolinos area.

Nice apartment with a nice garden. 10 min walk yo the beatch. Supermarket near. Its close to all activities.
