Frustrating and rude staff

Cons:

Staff was not helpful, angry and plain rude. The only helpful person at front desk was Cornelius. He was great but the women were angry, rude and acted like they were constantly annoyed.

Rita was so sweet, staff and ambiance was amazing! The room was amazing!

Cons:

Only thing I didn’t like was how expensive the breakfast was. For the amount I’m paying for the room, you would expect the breakfast to be complimentary. I’ve stayed a bad hotels and still got the same breakfast I did from this hotel but for free.
