Pros:

Construction kept me awake, the shower head was bad as hardly any water came out. The mattress on the sofa bed needs replacing. I have stayed at your hotel several times in the last 5 months and this wasn’t great. You also need a nice restaurant

Ich finde es gut, dass ein großer Kühlschrank mit Eisfach und Eiswürfelmaschine vorhanden ist, sehr praktisch wenn man länger bleibt und bei der Hitze erfrischend.

Cons:

Leider war ein großer Fleck auf dem Teppich und das Bad hatte viele große Rostflecken im Duschbereich. Das eine Bett hatte einen eingezogenen Orangen Fleck an der oberen Ecke, welche mit Laken überdeckt wurde… Laken ist aber leider zu klein für die Dicke der Matratze und demzufolge runter gerutscht. Decken Bezug unvorteilhaft, fällt immer auseinander. Toilette hatte leider ein paar schwarze Haare im Wasser schwimmen…

I will never come back

Nothing. Everything was a headache to deal with.

Cons:

The bed was lumpy. The pool area was dirty. The parking made no sense so I was not aware how much I would be charged until it was time to leave. When I called for room service to order food to my room, the receptionist told me I had to come downstairs to place an order, which defeats the purpose of ordering to my room.

It's A Keeper
Pros:

The room was spacious with a full kitchen. It was immaculate.
I could walk there from the airport. It was less than a half mile.

Cons:

One small thing, is the QR code so that you can tip housekeeping. Great idea, I thought, but when I went to use it you had to have the name of the housekeeper. Since I was there for one night I wasn't able to use that feature.

Great choice near LAX
Pros:

The man who checked us in was absolutely wonderful! He felt bad that we had to wait 6-7 min for him to come to the front desk to check us in, so he upgraded our family to a MASSIVE suite with a gorgeous wall of windows. The beds were good and the location was perfect for our visit.

Cons:

Unfortunately, in the gorgeous suite we were upgraded to, the sofa bed (where my son needed to sleep) was broken (like BROKEN; the side legs were bent and it couldn't be deployed to be used). This meant we had to switch rooms, which took some time and a little hassle, but it got eorked out.
