Ok -deception on 2 main items
Pros:

Very close to the airport
Very efficient check in
Very cosy room
Nice dinner outside till 6 pm
Good restaurant inside as of 5 pl
Also a self serve snack booth

Cons:

2 things were A GREAT disappointment
1) previously reviews mentioned late check our at no cost -I got just an hour’s extension
2) breakfast closes at 9‼️
I came from Fiji and did not here my phone alarm clock which was set to 8! As I am diabetic and risk having low blood pressure, breakfast at site is my primary criteria for reservation‼️ should be open till 11 am ( with minimal items at least )

Property good one of the stuff member needs a new job. She has zero respect for others.
Pros:

Breakfast was satisfactory. However, we encountered an unpleasant experience with one of the employees at the bar on the right side, where there is a small shop. The employee was extremely rude and disrespectful, which resulted in us considering not returning to Homewood Suites By Hilton. The manager on duty was informed of the situation and is aware of the employee’s use of profanity, as well as the front desk staff. The front desk staff expressed regret for her actions, but our evening was nonetheless ruined. While we are uncertain if anyone will take this matter seriously, we felt compelled to share it to prevent her from causing further distress and damaging the reputation of Hotel and ruin others time. I am going to send an email out to the management with more details. Thank you,

This property id very convenient to LAX for early AM flights. Restaurant was pretty good with attentive service. Shuttle to airport was convenient.

Ottima posizione, ottima dimensione stanza, poca pulizia colazione scarsa.
Pros:

Abbiamo scelto la struttura per il volo alla mattina di rientro in Italia. Posizione ottima e ottimo servizio anche per la navetta e la custodia delle valigie per un paio di giorni prima del nostro soggiorno.
La camera, dotata anche di angolo cucina era molto grande con due letti e zona divano e cucina, anche se la pulizia della stanza non era da hotel a 4 stelle. La moquette a pavimento non era il massimo come pulizia, alla vista direi da migliorare.

Cons:

La pulizia della stanza per la categoria non ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative. la dimensione della stanza ottima, abbiamo soggiornato in 4 con molti bagagli senza problemi.
Abbiamo scelto questa sistemazione oltre che per la posizione anche per la colazione inclusa, ma è stata una delusione, pochissime cose anche se ci siamo presentati all'apertura, una sola persona presente che doveva sia pulire e sparecchiare sia rifornire le poche cose presenti.

Very amibiant lighting. Full blockout curtains for a good night sleep. Coffee machine, fully equipped kitchen. Loads of space. Comfortable king size bed with great pillows. Night light for the bathroom. Great amount of space in the lounge, bedroom, kitchen and batbroom. Clean and tidy. Practical fitout. Icemaker in the feeezer. Large screen TV everytbing you need for tume away. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
