We did not have a room available when time to check in. No one would answer the phone when trying to call
Breakfast was good waffles oatmeal and the spinach Danish
Fruit selection could have been better. Eggs and sausage were not appealing.
Large room and decent facilities
Only housekeeping every other day- prefer everyday and only to replace towels not bins. After a few days the bins needed replacing and out of toilet paper.
Nice and helpful staff.
The kitchenette was my favorite option! We had an infant, so we needed to wash bottles every day.
The bed was very comfortable and clean.
The shower toiletries were great!
Bathroom floors need replaced otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
The Mattress needs to be replaced in the room I stayed in, there was a person shaped divot

Property was clean and conveniently located to eating places in the area.
I booked a large suite with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch, kitchenette, etc. When I arrived and checked in, they informed me that they did not have a room with 2 queen beds available. They also said a call should have been made to me, but there were no missed calls or voicemails. They told the gentleman that checked in right after me the exact same thing. I’m not sure why they allowed rooms to be booked that were unavailable. They did send us across the street to a sister hotel that did have 2 queen beds available, but the room was much smaller without a couch or kitchenette.
I chose home 2 suites for the pool but pool was closed

The hotel is easy to get to. The breakfast was good with different options. If I would have known the pool was going to be closed at booking, I would have found somewhere else. The beds are very firm. The staff were all friendly and helpful any time I spoke to them.
First off they didn’t have my booking so they had to figure out what was available. The room they gave me there were ants all over the counters.
everything i needed
We had been driving all day from Wisconsin and were looking for a reasonable hotel for our family of 6 that wouldn't break the bank. We only really needed beds but I wanted a bit of comfort, a fridge, and hopefully something for breakfast the next morning. When we opened the door to our suite, the entire family gasped. We were greeted by an amazing room that fit every desire!! The room was perfect, the beds extremely comfortable, clean, tons of space, and the shower felt amazing! And the breakfast the next morning was more than I could've asked for. Eggs, yogurt, waffles, sausage, pastry, coffee, milk, juice, hot cocoa. Fantastic! We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!
We stay at Home2 Suites where ever we go. This particular stay, the hotel was below average on cleanliness in the room as well as in the common areas and on the grounds.
