Evening meal on public holiday was exceptional, the staff and catering was of a very high standard. Attention to detail, attentiveness and service. The food provided in presentation and taste extremely well done.
Dilapidated building though states renovation in progress. Mouldy collapsed ceilings rotting walls and carpet, paint and wallpaper peeling, and that was the ‘ restored ‘ sections.
Pool FULL of baby poo, children weeing and adults blowing their noses into the water in front of disinterested staff. Abused for taking sunset photos yet staff friends allowed to do modelling photo shoots at pool. Extremely rude staff all over except restaurant. MOUNTAINS of garbage and rusting scaffolding as view instead of ocean view as paid for.
A very sad crumbling mess, cockroaches crawling across foyer floor as staff stood around playing games.
Excellent Service! Overall is good. Nice to have ma'am Veronica Lazo - very accommodating & responsive and very considerate. I'd love to book there with my family next time.
I stayed here because my friend invited me and she is very proud of how the hotel looks like. i must say yes looks a smaller version of Manila hotel but better (not to compare) but i feel safer with Rizal Hotel few pewople at the lobby. sadly, they are not pet friendly knowing the rooms are not carpeted hope soon they will launched a pet friendly room so i can bring my furbabies with me
Rooms is Good. But i find it a bit dark at night. the hotel it self they need to put enough lights especially at night. Staff are helpful and was able to answer our inquiries. even it was a short stay my husban and i enjoyed the serenity of the area unlike other hotels that are crowded at the lobby area. breakfast is so so. but over all i am still ahppy with my stay and the hotewl deserved a 5 bubbles
I have an appointment in US embassy so I decided to stay. room is spacious, although i haven't chance to try my breakfast (hopefully next visit) and the pool. the hotel is good and the staff is amazing
Nice customer service and the check out is smooth thanks to sir rushdee and sir kurt
I had a wonderful experience at Rizal Park Hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Special thanks to Sir Kurt and Sir Rushdee for being incredibly accommodating, professional, and attentive to our needs. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference and added to the overall enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The hotel lacks of something that my parents and i are wondering. but the reason the hotel is good is the people who are always willing to assists. we are planiong to go back on September duting my birthday. i am hoping to see the same faces who assisted us during our stay.
The hotel is clean. Colonial feels and Relaxing.
Staff are welcoming. Sadly not so sure if i will still be coming back since I will be base in LA.
All staff are very accommodating and friendly💙
The hotel offered a comfortable and delightful stay. The rooms and common areas were clean and well-kept, and the personnel regularly displayed professionalism and hospitality. The ambiance was pleasant and peaceful for guests. Noise levels were typically low, allowing for a relaxing stay, while occasional sounds from adjacent neighborhoods could be heard during peak hours. The hotel's location was quite accessible, with easy access to key attractions, transportation hubs, and businesses. In terms of value for money, the hotel provided high-quality amenities and services at an affordable price. Overall, it provided a pleasant guest experience and is recommended for both leisure and business travelers. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
If you want to explore the historic place of manila it is near to all historic locations, like luneta, national museum, pasig river esplanade, manila ocean and intramuros . They also have infinity pool and spa which is very good! The front office is also accommodating! If you want peaceful and historic place to stay if you must book this hotel
I recently stayed at Rizal Park Hotel and had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is absolutely unbeatable right across from the historic Rizal Park, within walking distance of Intramuros, Manila Cathedral, and other key landmarks. It’s so convenient whether you’re here for sightseeing, business, or just a relaxing break.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending classic Filipino heritage with modern comfort. The lobby is grand and elegant, and every corner feels well-maintained and clean. Our room was spacious, bright, and tastefully furnished with a large, comfortable bed, crisp linens, and all the amenities we needed. The view from our window overlooking Manila Bay was breathtaking, especially at sunset.
What really made our stay special, though, was the service. Every staff member we met from the front desk team to the housekeeping staff was warm, polite, and genuinely eager to help. They greeted us with smiles, answered all our questions, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, too.
The hotel’s facilities, including the pool and lounge areas, were clean, peaceful, and perfect for unwinding after a day out.
If you’re looking for a hotel that combines great location, rich history, excellent service, and great value, Rizal Park Hotel is definitely the place to be. We’ll absolutely be coming back on our next trip to Manila and will highly recommend it to friends and family!
The hotel was very elegant! The staff were extremely professional, courteous, and accommodating. Everything was so clean and lovely. The history of the building was also very interesting. The breakfast was so tasty, and offered many selections. We will definitely stay here again!
There was nothing which we didn’t like!
We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The staff were attentive and very accommodating throughout our stay. All of our requests were followed and handled smoothly, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful experience—highly recommended!
Reservation was fast; senior and children friendly; personnel are courteous; very clean environment, and ample parking
The design is old but well-maintained. The
ambiance and lighting are awesome, and I really liked the floors. Both the front desk
staff, housekeeping and the guards were accommodating, making us feel very welcome. The room also had a nice flooring, and the numerous hanging chandeliers were a big plus. Neither the hotel nor the swimming pool felt crowded.
Although the pool is small, it's quite nice and offers a view of Manila Bay and the ships.
However, we have a few observations that need to be addressed. First, I saw a large black rat in the buffet area, which was very alarming. I informed the kitchen personnel but she simply said they couldn't control it. Second, the front door was difficult to open and we were only provided with one key card. There were no shavers and shaving cream on the first day. My room lacked a refrigerator and had a broken cabinet door. The telephone was also faulty, interrupting my calls to housekeeping. Finally, our room did not have a good view. Despite these issues, it is generally still a good hotel to book.
Stayed here for 2 nights had i had a great stay at Rizal park hotel. Front desk receptionists are very accommodating and warm especially kurt and rushdee. Housekeeping also did a great job at cleaning my room. I will come back to stay here again
No internet or TV for most of my stay. Staff very friendly but not capable of assisting. Management clearly missing. Only 1 elevator works.
