Location, big room

Cons:

There was no water to take a shower when I was leaving, before a long journey. This is unacceptable and I would like my money back.
I used 1 day parking and it was charged 2 days

Great hotel when the prices are not inflated.

Fomos muito bem recebidos e todo o trâmite de checking e guardar o carro foi super tranquilo

Cons:

A internet estava péssima no dia. Não conseguimos ligar mais de um aparelho de jeito nenhum.
Como estavamos cansados da viagem, não procurei ajuda pra resolver. Mas foi um ponto que para nós era importante e não achei que teríamos esse problema.

The convenient and close quality hotel for next day long flights. In my case it was from LAX to CGK.

Cons:

No in room coffee. That’s a crime. In the early AM the only way to get coffee is room service.

Tolles Hotel in direkter Nähe zum Flughafen um am nächsten Tag entspannt den Roadtrip zu starten

Die Lage - direkt am Flughafen. Für uns das perfekte Hotel um entspannt unseren Roadtrip zu starten
Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal hier und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist Mega.
Wir hatten ein Eckzimmer mit Blick aufs Theme Building. Wir haben gezielt danach gefragt. Uns deshalb gab's auch ein bisschen Flughäfen. Aber für uns vollkommen OK.

Cons:

Leider - wie auch die letzten Male hätten die Fenster sauberer sein können.
Wir buchen immer die Superior Zimmer (Eck Zimmer) - wegen dem Ausblick. Dann ist es schon ein bisschen ärgerlich wenn die Scheiben vollgedatscht sind.

Quality - but it costs!
Pros:

I love staying here! The rooms are excellent, spacious and clean. The bathrooms are great and they decluttered it and got rid of all the fluff a guy travelling alone just does not need! They left the ironing facilities which I like so that's a plus for me and the TV was modern and I was able to connect my own device to it and they even provided ample USB charging ability. The roof terrace provides all round views of the airport and down town LA and you can sit in comfort with something from the lobby cafe (Starbucks) or the bar. There's an on site restaurant and a shop with a good range of items to take to your room if you're watching TV.

Cons:

This a good hotel but the location means the price can be challenging for those paying for their own travel. I didn't collect any loyalty points because I booked through another site (because they offered a lower price than the hotel itself) which is frustrating.

Excellent for what I needed for a 30 hour stopover.
Pros:

Superb location as I was only in transit for 30 hours. Loved the outside views from the rooftop terrace.

Cons:

Being charged extra for early check in despite the room already being ready for me. I therefore took my dinner and breakfast engagements elsewhere.
