The rooms were so spacious modern and clean. They felt particularly large because they had very high ceilings, which can make a room feel an extra layer of luxurious— IYKYK!

Nice Lobby with confortable seating. Enjoyed the big windows in the room. Good bed, and nice smelling toiletries.
No water glasses provided in the room, nor coffee or tea (for the price of the hotel you'd expect it)
A bit chipped in some places. Meh breakfast.
Had to wait an excruciating amount of time for the shuttle - was on hold for 10minutes before I could understand when it might come.
All in all not worth the price.

Colazione carissima 50 dollari a persona, garage carissimo 85 dollari a notte, ed un grave malfunzionamento dei pos dell’hotel al momento del check out, che ci ha impedito di pagare con carte di credito. Le camere sono da aggiornare.

Staff up front took forever to check us in. They were not welcoming and treated us like second class citizens
Everything was so clean, fresh smelling and comfortable. The staff was exceptional; very kind and helpful. The restaurant at the hotel was very well priced and the food was delicious. We enjoyed the terrace on the 12th floor to plane spot as we are avid airplane enthusiasts.

Clerk at check-in was constantly distracted watching other people walk by and not paying attention to me at all during the check-in process. Not very welcoming. Shuttle service drove past me 3 times while I was standing where the front desk told me to wait outside the lobby, even despite me waving to him. I had to stand in front of him the 3rd time in the middle of the driveway to get him to stop to pick me and the other guests up who were also waiting in the same area outside the lobby. Upon boarding, he stated we were not where we were supposed to be for the pick up outside the lobby. He also was about to miss my drop off Terminal at the airport had I not alerted him to the fact he was about to drive past my terminal. Hotel was great, staff not at all.
