One of the best hotels to stay at near the airport
Pros:

I loved this hotels proximity to LAX. The rooftop view is incredible and a great place to get away and relax from the city below. I loved the high ceilings in the room, the huge bathrooms, and the nice showers. The market downstairs is convenient and provides decent snack and food options.

Cons:

The pool was underwhelming and looked ugly.

Horrible experience
Pros:

Upon check in my family and I were treated poorly. We were treated as if we couldn’t afford to even stay. The room tv was broken and the sleep was uncomfortable.

Pros:

Very close to airport, easy shuttle to hotel, very comfortable beds, good (but pricey) food in restaurant, very efficient wi-fi

Cons:

Surge pricing extreme (from over $300 per - the night we stayed, to an average $170 for most nights, some airport noise even with sealed windows

Hotel is great but support is terrible.
Pros:

Hotel is great, with a free shuttle to the airport.

Cons:

They made me pay for a parking I didn't use whereas that during the check-in I explicitly told that I didn't want it, I sent emails to get a refund but got no response.
