Keine schallisolierten Fenster (startende Flugzeuge bis spät in die Nacht), keine Minibar, keine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, kein Wasserkocher für Tee, Sauberkeit (alter Dreck in den Ecken), unzuverlässiger Shuttle (nach 20‘ haben wir einen Taxi bestellt). Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen.

Close to Airport
Pros:

We stayed here to overnight between flights in and out of LAX and selected this particular hotel because of its proximity to the airport. Very satisfied with the shuttle service and the ease of checking in. Since we didn't have our checked bags with us, we did need some small items to shower. The desk clerk made all those arrangements possible.

Cons:

For the price of one night, it would have been nice to have a breakfast or snack for the morning before our airport shuttle.

Alex was a great hospitality right as soon as we checked in made us feel welcome and at home and we much appreciated everything he did throughout our day.

Beware of extra charges
Cons:

The hotel was fine but after we left the hotel made a pending charge on my card for $530USD. I've been trying to call them to resolve this for over 2 weeks but they haven't done anything about it and I keep getting the run around over the phone. In the meantime this is holding up funds on my card. Beware!

Edit: I am still waiting for the hotel to resolve this after multiple calls and assurances that they will fix it.

Shuttle wasn’t big enough and there weren’t enough of them.
The rooms had chipped soap dishes, outlets that didn’t work. Staff was skeleton crew

Cons:

性價比低，為了離機場近住一晚，但飯店除了提供兩瓶水之外，其他都沒有，只是早了兩個小時到，想提早check-in還要59美元，連鎖飯店的感覺就是什麼都要錢，相比其他飯店顯得冷冰冰的，員工態度也是冷淡，房間大還反而感覺冷，整體住宿體驗就是冷，心理與生理皆是，以後應該會避開這類的連鎖飯店。
