Loved it. Will be back for sure.
Pros:

Loved the room, it was extremely well suited for comfort. Great value and could not ask for better location.
The bike path starts at the hotel and you are close to everything.

Not again
Pros:

Room was great, breakfast was too, but...
.

Cons:

Location of hotel was questionable, was always worried my car was going to be broken into.
Drunk and drugged up locals stumbling around the area, cops were even called because they started a fire.
One elevator was broken, we were on the 6th floor and took forever getting up and down with luggage and baseball equipment. Couldn't keep on car as we feared someone would break in.
Lastly multiple noise complaints at 9pm for just talking normally. We couldn't even laugh without someone coming to our door, which leads me to think hotel has poor sound dampening
