Disappointing experience

Cons:

Very Disappointing Experience – Lack of Flexibility and Poor Service
Review: I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Due to circumstances beyond my control (a government-related delay), I was unable to check out on time.
I informed the front desk in advance, explained the situation clearly, and even told them they could remove my luggage from the room if needed to avoid inconvenience. Despite my efforts to cooperate, the staff refused to help or offer any flexibility.
I ended up checking out at 4 PM, and instead of charging a reasonable late check-out fee, I was charged a full extra night at the highest rate. When I tried to discuss this with the manager, she was unprofessional, dismissive, and frankly rude.
Additionally, the bathroom cleanliness was below standard. The bathtub had poor drainage, and dirty water would remain stuck, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel.
Overall, I found the service to be uncooperative and opportunistic. I would not recommend staying here.

It was okay . Just hope I get my 50$ deposit back .
Pros:

The room was big and spacious.

Cons:

The pool water looked cloudy & not clean so I chose not to swim ….. Got up to eat the breakfast… it looked old so I didn’t eat anything I only got apple juice . So yes I was kinda disappointed I paid a lot for that room and didn’t get to swim or breakfast. I wasn’t happy .

Pros:

Very nice layout. Very colorful and vibrant interior design which makes for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was phenomenal. Pool is good and they provide efficient service.

Cons:

I showed up to my scheduled show up time as expected, and I had to wait 30 min to get my room because apparently they weren’t ready for me yet. Not a big deal, they got fixed. Bathrooms have a bit of ickiness, the shower has an orange buildup on the bottom by the glass. Other than that, the stay was well.
