Bestes Hotel "Lage / Frühstück / Parkplatz" in der Näher der Kongresshalle und Stadt
Pros:

Alles Prima, wer in die Kongresshalle möchte, ist hier am besten aufgehoben, inkl. sehr gutem Frühstück
Die anderen umliegenden Hotels bieten das Frühstück an aber man muss dafür extra bezahlen. Eine TG ist vorhanden, wenn auch etwas eng, aber man muss nicht in ein umliegendes Parkhaus fahren und dann mit Koffer über die Strasse. Der Parkplatz kostet extra, aber die Parkhäuser auch.
Alles bei Hilton was man braucht.

Cons:

nichts, .............es gibt einfach nichts einzuwenden.... es ist das günstigste in der Nähe der Kongresshalle,
Zu Fus 10 min durch eine schönen Park, schöner Spaziergang nach dem Abendessen und vor der Show.

Ein sehr angenehmer Hotelaufenthalt - wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer im Hampton by Hilton Aachen gebucht, jeweils für drei Übernachtungen. Ein Zimmer sollte ein barrierefreies Bad haben, und die Zimmer sollten möglichst nebeneinander liegen. Das Hotel hat den Wunsch anstandslos erfüllt - und uns sogar eine kurzfristige Umbuchung eines der Zimmer kostenfrei ermöglicht.
Auch ansonsten waren wir sehr angetan von unserem Aufenthalt. Erstklassige Lage (direkt am Tivoli & an der Soers, also ein Traum für Sportfans), einfach von der Autobahn aus zu erreichen, eigene (kostenpflichtige) Tiefgarage, großzügige Zimmer, gute Bäder, gute Betten, gutes WiFi, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Dazu ein reichhaltiges Frühstück und gute Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten mit kleinen Snacks.
Da das Hotel kein Restaurant hat, haben wir uns an der Rezeption nach Essmöglichkeiten erkundigt und sind sofort gut beraten worden.
Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Dreisterne-plus-Haus, mit einem prima Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

het ontbijt wed goed verzorgd en was veel keus. Overige maaltijden niet gebruikt.
Personeel beleefd.
Badkamer schoon

Cons:

Vloerbedekking moet vaker worden gestofzuigd.
Bed werd opgemaakt, geen schoon beddengoed de volgde morgen.

Familientreffen mit 60.Geburtstag Vorort … ein Haus für alle Generationen
Pros:

Unglaublich freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Ganz besonders zu erwähnen die Mannschaft im Frühstücksservice !!!!
Wir waren mit der kompletten Familie Vorort und alle haben sich sehr sehr wohlgefühlt und herzlich willkommen gefühlt.
Das Aushängeschild eines guten Hotels , ist das Personal und eine gute Ausstattung.
TOP für ein 3 Sterne Hotel!!!

Not the standard I would have expected from Hampton Hilton and would recommend staying there

Cons:

Room were not cleaned at all. Mould in shower. One elevator not working and breakfast not being replenished. New billing system very confusing for customers with amounts being blocked although everything had been prepaid.
