Pros:

Le personnel, serviable et disponible au vu des circonstances.

Cons:

A l'arrivée a 22h50, le personnel nous a annoncé qu'il ne pouvait nous donner la chambre pour cause de panne informatique, sans pouvoir préciser de délai de retour à la normale et nous a proposé de nous trouver un autre hôtel. Nous avons préféré attendre un peu, comme d'autres clients sur place. Au bout d'une heure, nous avons accepté la proposition. Nous avons dû aller au mercure du centre ville, payer un parking (alors que des places étaient disponibles dans les rues du côté du Hampton). Le centre ville est "animé",impossible de dormir avant 2h. Il a fallu payer le mercure, et le Hampton a ensuite remboursé la différence. Sauf que le Hampton n'était pas censé encaisser la nuit d'hôtel. Et depuis 15 jours, personne ne répond. Ni du côté du Hampton, ni du côté de booking. On a connu mieux comme expérience... Malgré tout le personnel a été vraiment serviable, on les sentait vraiment désemparés de la situation dans laquelle ils étaient. Hilton, vous ne devriez pas laisser votre personnel dans ce genre de situation...

everything was excellent.
Pros:

Excellent stay from start to finish. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well organized. The room was quiet and pleasant, the staff were friendly and professional, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The location was convenient and the overall experience fully met our expectations.

Cons:

The only thing missing was a fridge in the room. A small refrigerator would have made the stay even more convenient, especially for a longer stay.

Qua ligging en vrij pakeren in de straat. Ontbijt is ook goed.

L’emplacement
Le lit était confortable

Cons:

Il n’y avait même pas une bouteille d’eau dans la chambre alors qu’avec la chaleur ils auraient pu prévoir
Le petit déjeuner n’était pas si varié que ça
Le parking n’était pas inclus, j’ai dû payer 20 € en plus

Hotel is prima, men zou een shuttlebus naar het centrum kunnen doen.
Pros:

De kamer, de airco en het ontbijt

Cons:

Dat Booking een andere prijs ( lager) geeft voor het parkeren het hotel. Ik heb het dit jaar met de verzekering van een huurauto meegemaakt.
