Cons:

Bitte ohne Frückstück buchen. Mein überhaupt keinen Sinn. Man kann in einer Bäckerei besseres bekommen.
An sonsten war alles perfekt!!!

Pros:

Séjour absolument parfait ! Tout était vraiment exceptionnel. La chambre était très propre, confortable et parfaitement équipée. Honnêtement, tout ce à quoi on peut penser dans un hôtel est présent : bouilloire, fer et planche à repasser, télévision avec de nombreuses chaînes… tout est prévu pour que les clients se sentent bien.
L’isolation phonique est excellente, on n’entend aucun bruit, ce qui permet de se reposer parfaitement. Les lits et les oreillers sont très confortables. Le petit-déjeuner est tout simplement magnifique : varié, délicieux et de grande qualité.
Le personnel est absolument excellent : très accueillant, professionnel, toujours souriant et prêt à aider. Le service est irréprochable.
Nous avons tout aimé dans cet hôtel. C’était un séjour parfait et nous espérons vraiment revenir une prochaine fois. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe !

Fijn, schoon en nieuw hotel met ruime kamers en een prima ontbijt.
Pros:

Ruime en stille kamer. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Gratis parkeren in de buurt

Cons:

Loopafstand tot het centrum van Aken.

Disappointing compared to other hotels of this chain

Decent location, solid standard of room for the price

Cons:

Staff were very unfriendly and unprofessional - examples include a woman rebuking me for having the audacity to move a bottle of ketchup onto my breakfast table. When I went to check out, the man working asked me my room, and then when I told him the phone went & he answered the phone and ignored me!

Bathroom not particularly clean, particularly the shower area. Sofa was stained.

Climate lecturing as soon as you step into the lift (see photo). Don’t want to hear their greenwashing when it’s simply due to them wanting to save money dressed up as sustainability.

Parking extortionately priced.

Having stayed at Hampton by Hilton in many European cities and generally finding them good, this was the worst one I’ve experienced.
