Wrong room given without being told
Pros:

Airport shuttle

Cons:

We booked a king room upon check-in. We were getting room keys and sent up our room was found to be a double room.. I called down to the front desk and basically was told too bad.

Double the Cost, No Satsfaction!
Pros:

We were able to have our dog with us, but at double the cost!

Cons:

I got charged for 2 rooms! I have been unable to get a refund on the one that we had canceled.
The room was fine, but at double the cost!

Pros:

The hotel is new and this is our 3rd times to stay. Not a big deal for us but the room is not ready at 3pm. The stuff is so gentle. But the best thing of this hotel is new to compare other 3star hotels.

Cons:

Also the cleanless is not good as much as staying before.

Good for visiting family in the nearby area.
Pros:

Breakfast was very nice. There was a microwave available for reheating your own food. Lots of open public space near the check in. The breakfast area was very clean and organized. The gym was bright and well equipped for the average user. There was an ice machine and coin laundry. Admittedly, we were there on the off season so it was very quiet overall. It’s a nice budget Hilton with clean rooms, good bath, and right across the street from shopping. I’m sure summer is louder and less relaxing but the rooms were fine.

Tru provide all we needed at a reasonable cost.
Pros:

Very good selection of foods for breakfast including hot items. Appreciated the amount of shelf space in the room.

Cons:

Mattress was ready for replacement - sagged in the middle.
