Pros:

The shuttle was fantastic!

Cons:

Pillows smelled funny. Room was not cleaned while we were gone all day. Soap dispensers did not work. Very noisy traffic. Front desk was not great in the morning.

We loved this place and the food was amazing. Very friendly people and staff .

Cons:

Dig hair on floor and all around the bed like it wasn't swept very good. Black marks on the toilet bowl.

Beds were comfortable and I liked that there wasn’t any carpet.
Pros:

Shuttle and close to mall and airport.

Cons:

I felt like my room wasn’t very good at blocking out sound. I could hair the traffic, the other room door slamming shut, the floor noise in the room above me.

Spacious stay
Pros:

I had a great stay at Tru by Hilton. The location was excellent and the room was very clean and spacious, which made it really comfortable. The airport shuttle was a fantastic bonus and made things much easier. The only downside was that the breakfast could have had a bit more variety, but overall it was a really good stay.

10/10 will stay again
Pros:

Everything. Could not hear the neighbors through the walls. Super clean. Stayed an extra night for the storm and was given extra hour to check out because of the snow. Staff was wonderful and breakfast was yummy!

Cons:

The smokers outside the front door was the only down side

Pros:

Convenient location but parking is tight. Staff was polite and had emergency toothpaste.

Cons:

Needs a good cleaning and some minor repairs. White walls literally show everything. Paint on edge of bathroom door was mostly peeled off. Kind of a funky smell in the elevators.

Clean, welcoming, & just right. An exceptional value.
Pros:

Exceptionaly clean & bright. Staff were not "stiff professionally" very accomodation orientated and welcoming.
Rooms were clean & BRITE. A welcoming experience.

Cons:

Breakfast was good. Simple & more than adequate. Was looking for something like a sweet roll (my personal breakfast sin!)

Nice clean dependable hotel. Stayed here twice for a couple of days each. Consistently good.

Cons:

Ask for a room not facing the highway so it will be a little quieter.
