Bardzo dobre i różnorodne śniadanie. Dokładne sprzątanie. Obsługa super, za wyjątkiem recepcjonisty, który nas meldował.

Cons:

Pisałam do hotelu przed zrobieniem rezerwacji o tym,że chcę przyjechać z psem. Odpisano mi tylko, że jest taka możliwość i jaka jest wtedy opłata. Na miejscu dostałam od niezbyt miłego recepcjonisty kartkę a4 z zasadami pobytu psa, w tym informację, że nie może przebywać sam w pokoju. Rozumiem, że odpowiadam za zwierzę i ewentualne szkody. Nie miałabym również pretensji, gdybym otrzymała takie zasady, kiedy pytałam o przyjazd, ale informowanie dopiero na miejscu było nie fair. Miałyśmy z córką bilety do teatru i zorganizowanie na szybko opieki dla psa było bardzo trudne. Duży minus.

Obsługa przemiła, pomocna.
Pokój czysty , przyjemnie ciepło w pokoju tym bardziej ,że za oknem bardzo zimno.
Śniadanie zróżnicowane, każdy znalazł coś dla siebie.
Byliśmy już któryś raz i na pewno nie ostatni, wrócimy z przyjemnością.

Świetna lokalizacja. Blisko stacja SKM, auto cały weekend stało bezpiecznie a my nie martwiliśmy się szukaniem miejsca parkingowego w centrum. Śniadania na medal. Wrócimy 🥰
