Moderne Ausstattung mit gutem Fitnessstudio, jedoch deutliche Mängel bei der Sauberkeit in der Lobby
Pros:

Freundliches Personal (Englischkenntnisse jedoch begrenzt). Geräumiges Zimmer und Bad. Zur Ausstattung gehören eine Nespresso-Maschine und ein Wasserfilter. Alles sehr sauber. Das Fitnessstudio ist groß und modern ausgestattet. Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof ist praktisch, wenngleich die Umgebung nicht besonders ansprechend ist.

Cons:

Die Lobby wirkt durch wahllos abgestellte Gegenstände und Pakete leider wie eine Rumpelkammer und ist sehr ungemütlich. Im Restaurant wurde benutztes Besteck vom Personal einfach wieder zurückgelegt, statt es auszutauschen. Zudem ist die Musik beim Frühstück so laut, dass Unterhaltungen kaum möglich sind. Im Zimmer fehlten ausreichende Ablagen und Haken; auch der Handtuchwechsel erfolgte nur unzuverlässig. Besonders enttäuschend war der Wellnessbereich: Die Atmosphäre im Pool glich durch die strenge Aufsicht und laute klassische Musik eher einem Schwimmkurs als Entspannung. Der im Boden eingelassene Whirlpool direkt im Gang ist zudem wenig einladend.

Great baseball simulator experience
Pros:

I chose this hotel because it had a 2 bedroom configuration which with an extra bed i.e. 1 king, 1 queen and 1 single a family of 4 was comfortably housed. The other main reason was that it had a baseball simulator - great fun for a beginner after seeing Shohei Ohtani smash homers. A very very reasonable 22000won to be humbled by the darn pitcher each time. I saw many locals bringing their golf clubs to use the range and simulator but I did not try that. Nice executive lounge with tasty choice food and plenty of space.
