All guests must present a valid ID with a photo attached at check-in and a physical credit card used at the time of booking. All separate requests are available at check-in only and may incur additional costs.
Please note that the fitness centre, sauna and indoor swimming pool are closed on the 4th Tuesday.
Children aged 16 and under are not allowed in the fitness center and sauna.
Children under 13 must use the pool with their guardians.
According to the Youth Protection Act, guests who are not accompanied by a guardian are not permitted to enter the room.

We have stayed at the Grand Mercure Ambassador Yongsan twice, for more than seven days in total, and it has been an absolutely wonderful experience. It genuinely feels like a home away from home in Seoul.
A special thank you to Kyle, Lena and Jeff, who made everything incredibly easy and were always ready to help with any aspect of our stay. And a very special thank you to Pauline, who went above and beyond to introduce us to Korean culture, share local insights and recommend fantastic restaurants. Her warmth and kindness made our experience even more special.
The location is exceptional: just steps from a major station, directly next to a shopping mall with everything you could need, only one stop from the fish market and less than 15 minutes from the main central areas of Seoul.
The hotel itself is excellent. The gym is outstanding, the rooms are spacious and extremely well equipped, with a full kitchen, washing machine and full-size refrigerator — details that make a longer stay so comfortable. Housekeeping was also impeccable.
And the breakfast deserves a special mention: a fantastic combination of continental and Korean options, with something new and delicious to discover every morning.
A fantastic hotel, an exceptional team and a truly memorable stay. We made an excellent choice and would happily return!

Great location that’s right by the airport! I loved how they provided transportation service, making it convenient as possible.
Once you step in, it’s like luxury! Hotel is so clean and the front seat are super friendly and can communicate effectively in English!
You have to see/visit the hotel in person. Online pictures doesn’t do it justice! It’s very Grand indeed.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was very comfortable with plenty of storage space. Loved the washer and dryer in the room.
We had a late flight and I'd asked if we could use the shower facilities at the gym prior to going to the airport in the late evening and was told no, so we had a full day in Seoul and weren't able to freshen up prior to going to the airport, this was extremely disappointing.
