O casal do quarto vizinho teve uma briga e eu escutei tudo do meu quarto. Algo que atrapalhou na hora de dormir e demonstrou q precisa melhorar a acústica das paredes.

Hotel bem localizado para o Centro de Eventos, mas com péssimas condições de limpeza.

O hotel é bem localizado e o atendimento da equipe foi satisfatório em geral.

Cons:

A limpeza é péssima!! Em mais de um dia de hospedagem, encontrei baratas andando pelo quarto, até mesmo dentro do cofre. O colchão não é confortável, a pia do banheiro não escoava adequadamente, e algumas das toalhas eram velhas e poídas. No restaurante, grande parte das louças e talheres eram sujos, com marcas de batom e restos de comida grudados, mostrando que não haviam sido limpos corretamente. As mesas, mesmo quando "limpas", frequentemente tinham farelos de comida de refeições feitas anteriormente. Um nojo!

Foi solicitado uma coberta no primeiro dia de hospedagem e cobrado os demais dias de estadia mais infelizmente chegamos ao fim da estadia e não conseguimos uma simples coberta
