Clean and Comfy Stay Near Campus
Pros:

Very spacious rooms. Clean and excellent value. Location near plenty of eateries and Virginia Tech was perfect and very walkable.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been a little better. More fruit, there was a little mold on the bread options, and bagel sandwich was hard as a rock after being left in the warmers. But I did like the amount of options for cereal and yogurt and coffee/tea bar.

Pros:

Good thing was location and very close to university

Cons:

No Housekeeping, we stayed for 3 night and not a single day room was cleaned.
Staff were very rude
Our room in front of cooling units, we can't see anything out.
breakfast was not good.

Deserves more than a 10!
Pros:

The staff were fantastic. Before arrival I called to upgrade and Sandra went all out to get me a rate and a suite. Scott was at desk when we arrived and I have never had a check in go so fast and hebprovided a lot of good info. Aldo, we had our fog and in very early morning walks we would talk with Bertha who was at front desk. All three were just super. First time at a Residence Inn and because of them and the facility this chain will be our first choice when traveling and vacationing. Very good facilities and the breakfast offered a good selection of foods that were always replenished and fresh.

Cons:

Loved everything.
