Nice and clean. The staff was very nice.

Cons:

When we checked in about 2:50 p.m. we were told our room wasn't ready. We were told to come back in about 20 minutes which we then came back in 30 minutes but still had to wait. Also, I had requested a lake view but none were available which I understood but had no view at all of the lake.

Pros:

Stayed for two nights with three rooms for a family attending a wedding. Couldn't find rooms anywhere else. The place is nice and newer by crazy expensive. Friday and Saturday night was $580+ for two night each room. Then they charged me for an extra room that I had to get removed from my card. Very clean place though.

We got locked out of our room two days in row because the battery was dead. No one came to empty the trash for our whole stay. The staff was great. It was a-great place to walk around. The water and park across the street were amazing.

Booked 2 king rooms through Hotels.com and found out only 1 king was available upon check in. It was not the hotels fault but hotels.com.
