Great staff, very clean, great gym!
It was nice and I really like that it was across the street from the CHI Center which is why I booked it.
Lighting was bad around the area of the sink. Small trash cans.

The cleanliness of the room and the staff were a 10/10. The food at the buffet was also very good. The view was also very pleasant.

I had a great experience at the Marriott, and I especially want to call out Devon from the valet team. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, which really set the tone for my stay.
The easy stuff they nailed - prompt check in, clean room etc. - which we should expect and doesn’t justify 5 stars. How did they earn 5 stars you’re wondering? Her name is Jaydah! This woman worked her butt off to provide an outstanding experience for the guest I saw her interact with, and for me. The day after checking in, as I walked through the lobby, Jaydah called me by name to ask me about my day (which was instantly made better). Professional, warm, competent, bright… Jaydah!

For the price of the rooms and the location I found it surprising that there were so many issues on cleanliness. Glasses in room were dirty and smudged which was cleaner than the glasses they had at the conference brakes. Several glasses still had food stuck to them! The shower drained at a remarkably slow pace meaning you would be standing in water for the entire shower. Location is about the best thing this hotel can offer because it is close to everything but the price point doesn't outweigh this benefit.
The front desk team never disappoints when I travel to the Capital District Omaha. They always call me by name and are so generous and kind. Thank you Omaha FD Team!
Stopped by on a break at a VB Tournament at CHI. Andre and Blake greeted us like family. Kate provided much needed Mimosas and excellent conversation at Burdock & Bitters. She is phenomenal. Thank you all for the hospitality!!

Kate was the best. Worked in the barn lounge went well above and beyond taking care of me make sure I was well fed and her service was fantastic. Friendlymade sure all my food was hot. Would definitely recommend asking for her and faith was also helpful.
The room was spacious and clean, and the service was friendly. Everyone that worked there was happy to help! It's also located near some fun bars and restaurants, like Moe and Curly's and J Gilbert's.
Extremely disappointed in the condition my car was returned to me in. I understand weather conditions but I did not expect my car to be placed where gravel dirt and mud would be dripping down in my car while parked with your valet service.
