Struttura vintage degli ani 70'- 80', avrebbe bisogno di un serio rimodernamento. le camere sono rumose e non ben insonorizzate, mi è stata cambiata la camera per colpa di un relé della centralina elettrica che attaccava e staccava tutto il giorno ed anche la notte, ma anche la seconda camera risultava rumorosa per colpa di alcuni vicini con bambini piccoli she correvano nel corridoio.

Pros:

Ottimo rapporto qualità- prezzo. Nulla da criticare ma la struttura è molto retrò, per arredamento, servizi ed anche menù. Pulizia e accoglienza top, molto attenti e disponibili i ragazzi della sala ristorante.

Cons:

Alla richesta della documentazione occorrente per l assicurazione di Booking ho trovato della resistenza da parte della direzione, ma dopo varie sollecitazioni é stato risolto.

Gentili, ma...
Pros:

I camerieri super gentili e disponibili, velocissimi nel loro lavoro. Le pietanze sono molto stile anni '80-90 come cucina, ma non sono male.

Cons:

La pulizia delle camere pecca. Tanta polvere e per chi è allergico può essere un problema. Abbiamo trovato anche peli e ciglia tra le lenzuola pulite e sui cuscini, al nostro arrivo.

Insonorizzazione delle stanze pessima. Eravamo al 4° piano e tutta la notte rumori che non si è capito se fosse la lavanderia, macchine da cucito o cosa.
Alla reception non ci hanno saputo dare spiegazioni. La sera i bambini napoletani delle camere accanto che strillavano fino alle 3 di notte.
D'altronde, da dentro la camera si vedeva la luce del corridoio accesa, perché la porta quando è chiusa lascia questa fessura che permette di intravedere sia verso dentro, che verso fuori.

Tra i servizi in bagno, mettono a disposizione un asciugacapelli a parete della Bakaji, che alla prima velocità durava circa un paio di minuti e alla massima potenza si surriscaldavan subito e si spegneva dopo 30 secondi di utilizzo. Praticamente inutile come servizio e impossibile asciugarsi anche i peli delle ascelle.

La signora delle pulizie entrava anche quando non doveva e la cosa è risultata fastidiosa. Privacy della camera = ZERO.

Nonostante la piacevole sensazione anni '80-90 della struttura che ti riporta indietro nel tempo (a chi fa piacere rivivere quegli anni per un soggiorno), le stanze sono state semi-restaurate al moderno, in maniera decisamente insufficiente.

La mattina dovevo lasciare l hotel e in reception non c'era nessuno, ho aspettato 5 Min. Ho lasciato le chiavi sul bancone e me ne sono andato.
