Very disappointing with every facilities of the room like as bathroom, bathroom doors, water supply, commode, room lights. Cockroaches found in the room. No drinking water given.
Very good location, lots of shops and restaurants within a short walking distance. Close to the pier.
There were issues with water, it smelled bad and one day it wasn’t working at all. The beds/mattresses were really worn out and lumpy. The air conditioning only had two settings: completely off or freezing cold. There was a construction site right next to the hotel which caused a lot of noise, even at night time. The reception was not really a reception, and upon arrival we had to wait and try to call the reception number several times before getting in touch with the staff. The check-in happened by the street, and the staff didn’t check our passports or anything, booking number was enough. Even with ”please clean room” sign on the door, we didn’t get the room cleaned. We paid a total of approximately 150€ for three nights for two persons, and with that money we expected a bit more.
The old man who is the owner was so helpful! My EU mobile chargers wouldn’t work so the old man gave me a extension or adapter! There was no hot water kettle available so he got me a hot water dispenser from somewhere. He really tried hard to make my stay comfortable and I really appreciate and respect the old man for doing that!
The location is great! Two minutes walk to ton sai pier! Located next to burger king and mcdonalds. Between all the local markets!
The old man kept crates of water bottles on the staircase, take as many as you need!
The building was fairly clean and new. The rooms were not that modern but for the price it’s okay actually.
The AC was a bit weak. You need to keep the AC on for about 35-40 minutes before it gets cold.
I will stay here again if I visit 👍❤️

2. The bathroom was so problematic- shower didn’t work at all, stayed two days without showering.
3. No racks to hang a towel or clothes in the toilet
4. No TV in my parents room and the TV in my room didn’t work and had no remote
5. No electric kettle
6. No hotel reception (unprofessional)
