It was good and clean
Staff tried to help and changed me 4 rooms but just to discover that two of them aircon didn’t work, other aircon was extremely noise, and the last one I just stay but all the rooms had very dirty pillows, they just change the outter cover, the floor has not been mopped not even once in 10 days because I had two booking in the same place, socks gets dark just in one min walking inside of the room. Everything is old and dirty. Tv barely have no channels… I got tired from complaining I just lived with it the rest of the time also booking doesn’t answer any message not even being suposed to be level 3 genius that has direct contact with customers support
I didn’t like that the place wasn’t clean, there is no sound isolation in the room, the pillows were disgusting, the table is disgusting, there was cockroaches often, the water didn’t come out hot, the floor was too dirty that everything got dirty just touching the floor, I ve been 10 years ago in this hotel and was very different, they haven’t done any maintenance and haven’t renew any of the things there. It’s super over rated in this web. The air conditioner haven’t been cleaned in years. They had to change me from room to room just to discover that all the rooms are equally disgusting, but the price is not cheap. I had a problem when a customer came to complain to my bedroom cz “he could hear every fucking word I say” he came half naked to my room to complain after he suposed to complain at reception but nobody told me they could hear me, normal that I talk on the phone because I just arrived from a long trip and wanted to talk with my family, from the next day on I could hear the next rooms shouting, hitting and crying to the couple that this man came half naked to complain. Disgusting experience.

Conveniently located near the BTS station, with easy access to food and household supplies. The hotel can be a bit noisy due to street traffic and occasional dog barking, but for the nightly rate, it’s very reasonable. Overall, I’m satisfied—I got exactly what I paid for, and it served my needs well for visiting this location and nearby attractions.
