Грандиозный отель in the middle of nowhere
Pros:

1. Большой и красивый отель, местами похож на замок.
2. Отличный ресторан с видом на Севан.
3. Есть бассейн и джакузи на улице.
4. Есть игровая.
5. Подходит для уединенного отдыха.
6. Вкусный завтрак шведский стол с большим выбором деревенских молочных продуктов.
7. Интересный номер, детям было, где полазать.

Cons:

1. Отель расположен в глухой деревне. Ехать из Еревана далеко. Рядом ничего нет. Отель не на Севане. До Севана идти по тропинке сквозь заросли крапивы минут 15. И берега как такового нет, валяются пустые бутылки и веревки от рыбаков.
2. В ресторан тоже надо идти по улице минут 5-10.
3. В конце июня уличный бассейн холодный.
4. В ресторане на завтраке на шведском столе официант настойчиво следует за тобой, куда бы ты не подошел. Это некомфортно.

Destination confidentielle au Lac Sevan
Pros:

Une destination confidentielle parfaite pour être au calme. Le lieu est très agréable et le village également. Je voudrais féliciter les villageois qui produisent eux-mêmes les différents types de fromages fournis au petit-déjeuner. L'hôtel a des caractéristiques alpines définissant une architecture assez réussie. L'hôtel est de plus situé non loin de la péninsule d'Artanich qui est un parc naturel national agréable à parcourir en randonnée.

Hotel très confortable et calme. Belle vue. Petits déjeuners extraordinaires. Restaurant sympa. La piscine chauffée est un plus.

Pros:

Das Design der Zimmer ist stimmig.
Das frische Omlet war gut, leider wurden wir erst am zweiten Tag auf die Möglichkeit hingewiesen.
Die Kofferträger waren immer schnell zur Unterstützung.

Cons:

Das meiste Personal vermeidet Kundenkontakt. Informationen (z.B. wo und wann es Frühstück gibt) erhielten wir nur auf explizite Nachfrage.
Der Pool ist nicht sauber, die Auflagen für die Liegen sehen sehr abgenutzt aus und nicht sauber aus.
Das Frühstück ist ok, aber nicht dem Standard entsprechend, den die Hotelkette verkaufen möchte (z.B. kaum Süßstücke und wenn dann Supermarktqualität. Es gibt so gutes Brot in Armenien, aber leider nicht in diesem Hotel).
Uns direkt hat es nicht betroffen, aber das Hotel ist nicht behinderten gerecht. Bis zum Restaurant/Frühstücksgebäude sind es 400m über Schotter, teils auch grober Schotter.
Die Bademäntel hatten deutliche Flecken.
Insgesamt enttäuschendes Erlebnis, da ein Standard versprochen wird, der bei weitem nicht eingehalten wird. Unsere Empfehlung lieber kleinere Hotels und Guest Houses buchen, viele haben eine deutlich bessere Qualität.
