Pros:

浴室とトイレが別になっているところ。TVが大きい。コンセントが多い。三島や、沼津に泊まるなら、車での利用ならかなりコスパが良い。

Cons:

徒歩圏内にコンビニが無い。昨年より、浴室のカビが気になった、きれいなだけに、浴槽のパネルの継ぎ目など細かなところが気になる。TVでYouTube等見れると良い。バスタオルやフェイスタオルを乾かせるようにタオル掛けがあると良い。

料金重視が裏目に出ました

駐車場が予約無しで使える

Cons:

設備が使いづらい
部屋も狭く、備品がないので荷物の整理等しづらい。
エアコンがガタガタと大きな音をたてるので、テレビが聞こえにくかった。
